The 2 hour while-you-wait oil change was over 4.5 hours. They did not check the tire pressures (tpms showed range of 36, 37, 38, 38 psi's on different tires) even though they put a check mark on the "multipoint inspection sheet". Wonder if oil / filter were changed...

I would avoid this dealer. I ordered a ford Maverick in August of 23 and picked it up in February of 24. Between ordering and picking it up the price increased. Ford has price protection I was verbally told by the dealer that I was eligible and even given a sheet that showed the amount. After not hearing a word for over 2 months I contact my salesmen and he informs me that they will not honor the price protection. Buyer beware just another bait and switch car dealer they will tell you whatever you want to hear before you buy the vehicle and not honor anything afterwards.

Nobody at the dealership wants customers. Go in the dealership and everyone will ignore you completely. Definitely not a center of excellence.

My service manager was great but once again, the cashier pronounced my name incorrectly. I have been going to Serra Ford for several years now and the same woman who I have corrected and even asked her to just use my last name refuses to pronounce my name correctly or just say "Ms. Jackson" as I have asked. At this point it is a sign of disrespect because after the many times I have corrected her, she does not express any remorse which sends the message to me that she does not care that she is not being respectful.

Great service fair price sales rep was very nice and knowledgeable about the bronco he contacted me whenever there were questions and made the sale very easy to complete also love that if I didn't like my bronco I could bring it back and try a different trim style because this is the first truck ford has produced in years of ever that appreciates in value because it's such a hot commodity!!

Ordered a 2023 Ford Escape on January 9th 2023 and picked it up April 25 2023. The sales man "Reggie" did a great job delivering my new car. Also the dealer gave me more than I expected on my trade in car even with 144 K on the odometer.

Excellent experience with the service department who got us in for a same day appointment and a free rental that saved a family trip.

Great work and service but 2 hours for an oil change and a couple minor add on services on a slow day is too long guys.

I had a 1pm appointment to test drive a car. Get there and they call sales rep but waited 15 minutes for the salesman to show up. He comes out goes to get the car for test drive , I get in and there's no gas. Then he tells me we will have an additional wait while they go to get gas. 3 strikes and your out. This place looks nice on the outside but their like a pig in perfume. Their business acumen stinks!!

I called the day before to set an appointment for a test drive. Got there at my appt time. First had to wait 15 minutes in the showroom after they paged for the saleperson. Then they sat us at his desk and we waited another 10 minutes. He was supposedly washing a car but walked in with his coat on and threw 2 packs of cigarettes in his cabinet. ( Not washing a car) They made us wait for almost 20 minutes while they searched for the keys. Then he comes back and tells us the car is in service and wont be ready for a test drive until the afternoon. So we choose a different vehicle another 10 minutes and then we are told that the car has already been sold. Total time we wasted at this dealership was almost an hour. When i asked why when i made the appt they didnt tell us about the service on the car the salesman says well they dont know about it. He wasnt even aware that we actually had an appt until we walked in. The lack of customer service before even buying a car told me not to buy one from them. When you walk in the showroom is nice but it is all lipstick and what is underneath is not that nice. Then to add insult to injury as we are pulling into out driveway he calls and says the car is out and ready for a test drive ( we live 15 minutes from the dealership) what the hell happened to this afternoon it was only 1030. told him we were not interested in driving back to the dealership. Again if they are this disorganized before you buy a vehicle what are they going to be like for after sales service. Run away and dont go there!!!

Really dissatisfied. I went to look at used cars and found one I loved. The salesman led me to believe that this car had only been with one owner and he sold it to him. He also led me to believe he had been at the dealership for a long time. Again, another lie. Carfax clearly stated this vehicle had three different owners. When I started asking about payments, he ran pricing and kept telling me that he was showing me worst case scenario. Explained to me that they work with many different banks and credit unions to get the customers the best rate possible for financing. I asked him if I would be better off to finance through them or through my own credit union. He immediately said financing through them is better because they check multiple banks and will get you the best rate. That being said, I should have done better homework. Also the vehicle was missing one of the key fobs which he was up front and told me. However he said he would get me a new one and just have it programmed. When I picked up the vehicle I could get it. Then when I showed up to pick up the car he told me. Oh it's too expensive. We'll just get you the other one when the owner brings it back.As I went to leave after signing all the paperwork I got in the vehicle and realized the floor mats were not there. After I checked all over the car I still could not find them. The salesman said that oh it must not have floor mats. I explained I wanted formats as we were supposed to have very bad weather. This was a nice vehicle that I wanted to keep in good shape. He told me to come back Thursday. Then when it came to the warranty, we never quite got any clear answers and explanation that we were looking for.He sent me the different warranty prices in the term and we picked based on that assuming they were all through Ford directly.I went to sign my paperwork when I picked up the vehicle and not only was the financing for 72 months instead of 60 but the rate was 7.49%!!My jaw about hit the floor and in hindsight I should have walked at that point. This is the first time I have bought a vehicle in a very very long time.I asked the finance manager why the rate was so high when I have stellar credit. I mentioned that my credit union has rate starting as low as 4.24. He gave me some story that these are the best rates they can get from the credit unions. Only later to find out if he would have called my credit union that we could have gotten a better rate. Again my fault because we did all this on President's Day which was a bank holiday. After I came home and we went through the paperwork, we realized that the warranty that they sold us was not only through Ford but had a $250 deductible as opposed to the $100 deductible on the other plan. Of course nobody told us this detail. So I went back up the next day and I complained not only about the warranty but I complained about the financing rate. They said there was nothing in that could be done. Basically my only option was to wait until I get the title and then refinance.I decided to escalate further left a message for the general manager, only to get a call from the service manager who is very nice, but I still had to call repeatedly to follow up.I told them I wanted to come up and complete the new warranty paperwork is they told me that I could avoid the warranty and do a new one. Forgot to mention the fact that nobody told me I could finance my almost $3,000 warranty at 0% APR. So again a big scam!So then I have to make yet another trip back for the warranty. Meet with a different finance manager who now tells me. Oh by the way, you have to put 5% down to finance the warranty at 0%. Not that that was a big deal, but again nobody told me anything about that so I felt blindsided yet again in this whole situation.I just have to say I was so excited to get this vehicle as this was a huge purchase and a huge step up for me. I am just so disappointed the way this whole purchase panned out and the service that I received and feeling like I just got the wool pulled over my eyes. Now I have to wait until I get
