Absolutely DO NOT do business at this dealership. Take your money to a different GMC dealer. I called because I was having a difficult time figuring out what exact part number I needed to replace my transmission cooler lines. The gentleman from parts had an extremely rude and unhelpful tone. He went on to say that “he” doesn’t give part numbers…..then what the heck is the point of being a “parts” department? It’s basically just sales then not parts. I understand they don’t want me to shop around for the best deal but this absolutely proves why people are hesitant to go to the dealership for service. He then blatantly lied and said that it’s a corporate rule to not give out part numbers. I asked to speak with a service director and got a sigh and more attitude. I was transferred and very quickly it went to voicemail (what a coincidence). I then called Bob Jeannotte Buick GMC and there parts guy was way more polite and gave me the part number without issue. He even said he understands looking for the best deal. Take your business from Fox GMC and go to Bob Jeannotte.

HUGE shoutout to Brendan Beim our Product Specialist! He deserves more than 5 stars! We have been trying to build and order a 2024 GMC Yukon from our local dealership in Delaware since February and have been told they're on hold for now. I reached out to GM directly to find out what is going on. She did not know of any such thing and pointed me in the direction of Fox Buick GMC in Michigan since they had exactly what I wanted. Received an email immediately from Artie the Customer Care Manager that someone would be in touch with me soon. Received a call from Brendan first thing Monday morning and he started the process for us purchasing our 2024 GMC Yukon. We chose text as communication. He was very thorough and thoughtful with asking questions, providing answers, taking pictures of our Yukon through the processes. Talked to Marcus in Finance and he took great care of getting all the details worked out for our financing. Received an email from Diana the Sales Manager to make sure we are getting everything answered. We made the trip from Delaware to Ohio to see family. Today IS the day we made the trip from Ohio to Michigan to meet all of these wonderful people we have emailed, texted, and called all week. The dealership is BEAUTIFUL! Every single person is so friendly! Lots of smiling faces! I honestly was so nervous at the beginning with dealing with a purchase way out of state, but Brendan made this the easiest purchase we have ever made! We thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone including the GM Colin! We could not be more pleased with our purchase and the process! We highly recommend Brendan and Fox Buick GMC! I LOVE my Yukon! Thank you, thank you, thank you Brendan and all of the staff we dealt with. You will certainly be at the top of our minds for a future purchase! Definitely worth the trip!

This place deserves zero stars. I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom. The service department at Fox Buick is absolutely horrible. Per my recommendation my mom went to this dealership to have her car serviced, not knowing she would have to return again a month later for the same issue. Upon her return they gave her the run around, kept her vehicle over night, and referred her to a rental car place since they didnt have any loaners available. They also advised that they would reimburse her for said rental car. Now here we are a month later and her vehicle is again having the same issue, she has yet to be reimbursed and the service deparmetment manager or the general manager will not return her phone calls.

DJ in their service department is absolutely top notch! Easy to make a routine oil change/tire rotation on mobile. What impressed me was DJ was able to order the parts needed get my Buick’s heated seat retrofit complete and get it done same day when I kept on calling a couple other dealerships to no avail. I’ll be a loyal customer at Fox Buick GMC for life. Thanks again!

While getting my tired replaced the technician at Bell Tire stated how a wheel mount part in the back is worn. The same did a different body shop which a year ago.Guess what when I went to Fox Buick for a check before my warranty ran out - all was fine.This is outrages.550$ could have been saved.Fire your technician.

DJ Howard is an incredible service advisor. I have never experienced such attention to detail, kindness, compassion and determination out of a human being in the auto industry until I visited this dealership. If service advisor coaching was a thing, I would highly recommend DJ being the coach, because I have worked with other service advisors that could learn a thing or two from him. I would highly recommend DJ to anyone I know!

I saw the car on a whim on a Wednesday. I would've been happy to keep my 4 year old Ford Flex... but... Hancess Cooper was fantastic to work with. I was able to do pretty much everything remotely so that when I came in for the closing on Saturday, it was over in 10 minutes. Very efficient, professional, and helpful in ways appropriate to my needs!
