“I want to take to take a minute and shout out Qiara at the Farmington Hills location off of 9 mile. She made having to move my parents stuff into a storage unit after their death much more bearable. She made sure I felt supported and understood how the process worked and what size I needed to hold all of their stuff. Then when I needed the lock replaced she didn't hesitate to help. She went out of her to make sure I got a key even if it wasn't her scheduled time to work. She did whatever she could to make it easier on me. I appreciate her more than she'll ever know.”
