Customer service is non existent. I tried calling to ask if they have any dresses section. Very simple question. They put me on hold for 30 minutes and forgot about me.

I understand that it's an outlet center, but there doesn't seem to be anyone assisting customers other than at checkout.
I drove 35 miles to purchase a suit. Not only did they not have any, but when I finally got an associates attention.. it was like shining a flashlight in the eyes of a deer.
Obviously I didn't expect the same level of service as the retail outlet, but I also did not expect a business with the Saks Fifth Avenue name on it to be operated like a Home Depot. Check that. Some Home Depot associates are actually helpful.

Had to go with one star to write this review horrible customer service and on top of that they don’t have public restrooms for a customers. What are you supposed to do? If you need to use the bathroom and your shopping I was told that’s the store policy, so do I have to go next-door to find a restroom when your a store. Shame on you !!!!

Employees are extremely racist. Associate made me try on the AMQ shoes in front of her in the middle of the aisle. While she stood and watched me the entire time. I have never experienced this at any other high end store, it made me extremely uncomfortable. Then she proceeds to “drop” the shoes out of one of my bags and I didn’t notice until I had already left the store. The whole situation was extremely odd and upsetting.

Sanya is an absolute sweetheart! Professional, friendly, beautiful, always with a big smile on her face. My favorite person to see when I shop there. Now for many years she sets an example of what customer service should be.

I purchased an effy ring on Christmas Eve, I was so excited to put it on , the next day the main stone fell off the ring , I rushed back right after Christmas Day , I didn t get much support all they did is handing me a business card to ship it for repair , not professional at all , bad customer service when you buy a few thousand dollar ring , very disappointed . I work in retail and I provide the best customer service for my guests . Then I called the number they gave me and they told me the store should be able to process the return for repair . Well that didn’t happen either , the manager presented herself yet she offered nothing to help me , not sure how she got that position to be honest. Now we are at the end of March and guess what I still don’t have my ring back. If this is how the Farmington hills saks fifth off treat their customers then I am not a customer of them anymore . I never thought of writing any bad review before , but I feel I needed to do so now . I almost forgot I have a paid for rind that I don’t have yet . I am forced to put one star or I can’t post my review

Been shopping here for years and always had access to the restroom, now all of a sudden there isn’t a restroom you can use for paying customers…. The girl with the frizzy hair had a nasty attitude about it and I won’t be back at this dump ?️?
