So we moved in June 11th cross country. 1st they said the apartment was ready...A/C didn't work, looked like the front door was kicked in and broken, no screen door on patio, backed up plumbing, and no wash and dryer. It's September 6th, got washer and dryer and they installed it wrong and now we are waiting on New ones again. A/C still broken, they seems to be running out of people living here. They are living hand to mouth, for them to fix anything they need $$ and well they are just shy of running a slum. So in short don't move here we regret signing a lease and are counting the days till we can move out!!

Just moved.NOT move in ready or like apartment viewed. Haven’t been here a full month and will say I’m extremely dissatisfied. Upon moving in my place was filthy food was splattered on cubboards and stains all over countertop that hadn’t been wiped.The floors were LIFITING and I tripped moving in MULTIPLE times . shower had no head , the drain in the tub wouldn’t stay down. Wall panel coming off next to tub, wall bathroom, under cabinets and kitchen sink. The BUGS, they say they have pest control ? which they do you will see the powder in every corner and countertop. I pong going to the office to try and talk about my concerns(3 different times) I was told the manager would be here said date,wasn’t there all three times,she was on vacation which wasn’t communicated until the third time of me taking time to go up there, understandable , just communicate that next time. A note was left saying I would be there after her return from vacation. It wasn’t and I was told I only had five minutes to talk with her or had to make an appointment. I took my five minutes because who knew when she would be there again. She told me that she could give me a $150 credit. Which I explained was ridiculous for a dirty apartment, wasn’t move in ready , couldn’t shower at first, and was TRIPPING. I then explained they did try to come once and fixing it while waiting to speak with her, but hadn’t had permission to enter without me there because a MINOR LIVES WITH ME. They tried illegally. I saw the reviews prior to moving and was trying to be optimistic. Don’t be like me and RUN, unless you want a filthy apartment and people to invade your home illegally
While speaking with the property manager once again she explained how she forgot about my credit and speaking with her boss further for my concerns.
Still hasn’t told me anything will be done about people attempting to enter my home with a minor minor.
She has no lack of concern to the floors being lifting and didn’t see it much of being a safety hazard even after exposing I tripped while moving and that’s how I found out the floors were lifted?????
Supposedly they will be here by tomorrow to check things out and maybe fix it.

I just moved in to my apartment and I only have good things to say. I love my apartment! it's spacious , clean and modern and let's not talk about the awesome staff. Brittany sold me from first minute of the tour and she didn't let me down. Management has been so helpful, and maintenance is on point. I look forward to living here.

I had the pleasure of meeting Corey, the manager of maintenance, today. I needed help getting my air conditioning fixed and Corey really went above and beyond to get things going. He got in contact with the leasing manager after she left for the day and really advocated for me. He let her know that the service through Dan Wood is horrible and he had another company he contracts with. He got my apartment on the schedule ASAP with the other contractor and it looks like it’s going to finally be fixed. He also advocated for my rent to be compensated for not having air conditioning since July 26th (it is now August 16th—-almost a month of waiting for my AC to be repaired!)
Truly the apartment is beautiful, the complex is beautifully landscaped, and is peaceful and quiet. Maintenance is so critical to keeping you in a comfortable environment and Corey seemed to be extremely intuned to this responsibility. His responsiveness and advocacy for getting what needed to be done in such a take charge manner was amazing!! I appreciate him so much. Thank you Corey!

I’m only giving 3 stars because I actually like my apartment unit but I’ve been here a little over a month and only A/C for two weeks! Leasing office keeps giving me the running around say the same things and haven’t concrete answer YET! Some days it’s too hot and uncomfortable to sleep even with fans on so I haven’t even been staying here honestly! It’s very careless
