Absolutely wonderful experience going to this lice removal salon. Hollie was friendly and very efficient. She debunked a lot of myths about head lice and made sure we knew how to get them out of her house. When my boss tried to demand my presence in a meeting, Hollie offered to let me use their computer to attend. I used the anonymous alert system to notify my teenagers friends that they were at risk of having bugs in their head. I simply cannot say enough nice things about Rapunzel's lice boutique!!! I highly recommend Rapunzel's to anyone that finds themselves in this situation!

My 2 daughters went there in 2018 and the lady treated there hair and we bought the products and 2ed time I used to products at home and the lice was gone because the lady told me what I needed to do .Me and my two girls needs to be seen again for 2023 for August because we have lice again

A good place to go if you need professional removal. My granddaughter needed it! The staff is helpful and professional. The cost is high but it comes with rechecks.

They did a very good job and the lady was nice and they even let me out on any movie. But the people who answered the phone did not answer until we left angry messages. The building is very hard to find aswell.

Fantastic experience!!! I really wish they had this kind of establishment back when I was a child. I'm 26 years of age, and I unfortunately caught lice, but was lucky enough to catch it early on. I called around to several places that specialize in this, and Rapunzel's was by far the most kindest, most informative, and most financially affordable! I was more than impressed by their staff, and how they handled the phone calls. They answer phones as late as 10 P.M, Incase of emergencies. What more of an outstanding staff could you ask for!? The salon was super clean, I wish I could remember the ladies name that made my self esteem sky rocket. I never felt with this issue as an adult, and she was more than nice, and made me feel better about myself, and my hair. I have long hair, and take major pride in it. If it weren't for Rapunzel's, I would be a histerical mess. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I recommend this place over any other place in the state of Michigan. I also like how they take a natural easy approach to such a burden of an issue. Made me feel like a brand new person walking out of the salon! Thanks again Rapunzel's, keep up the fantastic work, and compassion!

This place was so helpful for my daughter the lady was so nice and she went above and beyond to help us with the situation she also helped me save a lot by giving me some free stuff to maintain my daughter was so happy that she was lice free it was really a struggle for me as a single parent I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone else having a lice problem
