I had a bad experience today at this branch with the manager Tabatha who was very rude and disrespectful she opened up a business account under my tax ? information without me being present me and my daughter have a business together and when I went to ask for a bank card I was told I couldn’t get one but the person who open the account up had no prove that she owed the business all she had was a lease and my name is on it and you let her open up account ??♀️ everyone be very careful with your tax ? information because they let anybody open up a business account without you being present
And I ask for her to have her manager Jeannette to contact me and she didn’t which I thought was rude again instead, of calling me, they called my daughter, but now I will reach out to corporate

Melinda helped me out with my Auto Loan to buyout my car lease. She was very through and called GM Financial ahead of time to make sure the process was done correctly the first time. Will definitely be going back

I would never open up an account at this bank as soon as I possibly can I’m closing all the accounts that I have with PNC. They’re very rude. They are very unprofessional and they give out the wrong information.!!!

I’ve been a customer with PNC for a while. I lost my personal belongings and according to PNC in order to get a cashiers check you need a hard copy not a paper copy to show proof but the woman working there will let you have a cashiers check if your drivers license is expired. I showed them a picture of my old license but it was a paper copy. I’ve been going to the same branch for 5 years. How disappointing and frustrating to have to deal with this. Absolutely ridiculous situation to deal with especially while the woman working the front just look at you like tough luck. What a bummer! I won’t be going back!

We went to add my new wife to my existing account. Our banker Tameka was very helpful, great at her job, and went above and beyond to get it done. 10/10 recommend this branch.

I have found this branch to be incredibly helpful and on top of all situations. One of the employees even came outside to talk to me with a problem I had at another branch.

I choose to move accounts here because I trusted family heard great things. Anytime I had a issue or my mom because of cognitive and forgetting things messed deposits up it was handled very well and respectful. However today I called and was talkes to rudly while I was in line at a place to get a gift for my neighbor who is having a ' Furbaby shower' thats right some people choose to rescue adopt a furbaby over dealing with kids or having a kid. I had concern as what teller said was totally different from what the lady on phone said. She couldn't here me well I guess or something and its hard to hear when in a store, regardless to get rude and snippy with "You know this call is being monitored for purposes etc..... I'm like I'm not the one being rude and snippy but the lady on your end was and to try and make me think I'm having an attitude, when I'm just trying to figure stuff out with deposits to multiple accounts. If you don't want to handle phones and be respectful with customers questions then find another job, or another position at this branch no need for the behavior on your end. Anyhow when she finally got stuff figured out she explained the situation on their end and still talking in a manner of (I'm not paid enough or something attitude to do this) Well I can always go elsewhere if thats the case. I lived in Livonia and came out there because my parents are here, still reguardless if great service in the building, doesn't justify the horrible service over phone.
