I choose to move accounts here because I trusted family heard great things. Anytime I had a issue or my mom because of cognitive and forgetting things messed deposits up it was handled very well and respectful. However today I called and was talkes to rudly while I was in line at a place to get a gift for my neighbor who is having a ' Furbaby shower' thats right some people choose to rescue adopt a furbaby over dealing with kids or having a kid. I had concern as what teller said was totally different from what the lady on phone said. She couldn't here me well I guess or something and its hard to hear when in a store, regardless to get rude and snippy with "You know this call is being monitored for purposes etc..... I'm like I'm not the one being rude and snippy but the lady on your end was and to try and make me think I'm having an attitude, when I'm just trying to figure stuff out with deposits to multiple accounts. If you don't want to handle phones and be respectful with customers questions then find another job, or another position at this branch no need for the behavior on your end. Anyhow when she finally got stuff figured out she explained the situation on their end and still talking in a manner of (I'm not paid enough or something attitude to do this) Well I can always go elsewhere if thats the case. I lived in Livonia and came out there because my parents are here, still reguardless if great service in the building, doesn't justify the horrible service over phone.

Therese was super accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. Im very grateful that she attended me and was able to resolve the issue I was dealing with. Amazing customer service!! Can’t thank you enough.
