“I recently had the pleasure of returning to Quality Care Pharmacy after a few years away due to a move. To my pleasant surprise, when I called, the main pharmacist, Sara, immediately recognized me and my mother by our phone number, despite our challenging names. This level of personal attention is just one example of the exceptional care provided by the staff at this pharmacy.
The pharmacists at Quality Care Pharmacy are incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. Whether it’s finding out if an insurance plan will cover a medication, offering alternatives if it doesn’t, or searching for coupons and discounts, they are always willing to go the extra mile. Their multitasking abilities and polite assertiveness are truly impressive, and they take pride in delivering outstanding service, including the convenience of medication delivery.
What stands out to me, as a retired researcher, teaching, and practicing Professor of Medicine, is that the staff remains unaware of my background, continuing to address me simply as Mr. Beeai. This shows that their politeness and professionalism are not influenced by titles or status. I have observed their interactions with great admiration, especially when they counsel patients about medications, indications, interactions, and side effects. Their patience and dedication in explaining these important details, even when faced with challenging situations, such as dealing with frustrated patients upset about insurance issues, is commendable. They handle such situations with grace, never losing their temper.
One of the most remarkable aspects of Quality Care Pharmacy is the personalized care they provide. They not only know their patients but also take the time to learn about their families, offering a level of care that far exceeds that of the larger chain pharmacies.
Additionally, the building itself is impressive, with ample parking, including a ramp for wheelchair access and designated parking for disabled individuals—all provided at no cost.
In conclusion, the team at Quality Care Pharmacy exemplifies what it means to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. Their dedication to their patients and their ability to provide a personalized, professional, and courteous experience makes them truly exceptional.

“It's a small store but it's always fully stock. It's very rare for this location to be out of stock of a item. It can get pretty busy and congested at this location, especially near the holidays. The staff are friendly and helpful. This location does have a pharmacy also.”

Them pharmacy team had my prescription ready faster then the wait time at the urgent care. Thank you I really appreciated the pharmacist and the technician at this location.
