Jennifer who says she is the pet salon manager is rude and disrespectful! She has zero customer service and creates irate situations. She discriminates against customers and their pets. She is a horrible representation for your company. I have been a loyal customer and even buy my pets food from Petco. I will no longer patronize you. I will even buy my pets food someplace else! She should be fired! She is not management material!

I have taken my 1 year old puppy at the location on 13 Mile and Orachard lk rd. I had a scheduled app today. I was told by Jen, die to a small Matt on my dogs tail, she could not wash him. That I was to take him home, wash him and bring him back another day. Jen told me she could shave my dogs long hair tail and it would look like a rat. Are you kidding me. I just had him groomed 3 months ago, and that groomer had no problems with him. Then why do we need groomers like this if I have to wash my dog before going in!! I told Jen how frustrated I was and I will take my dog somewhere else. You would think she would give some kind of advice or want to help me, Nope, just turned around and left.
Jen knows my dog, and have been going there since he was 5 months old. NEVER AGAIN. Bad customer skills, bad communication, and lack of compassion. And she's a groomer!

They don’t take care of the fish adequately enough, purchased fish a few times from this place and have introduce into settings with clean fish and no fish for a quarantine period. All fish and snails from this location have since died within a week to a month of purchase. Customer service is awful, all employees literally treat you like garbage and like you are wasting their time. Would avoid here :)

No cashier available. When he came to the front. He left to help a customer and didn’t return for 25 minutes. The line was long and the wait was long. While customers waited we rang the bell but no one came.
