They didn’t show respect for their customers even though they wanted more money than they were doing for their customerThey wear talking and laughing together in their own language in front of customers and not paying attention to their job , I feel bad because I thought they are talking about me .Very bad service and experience Ii will not go there again and I am not recommended to anyone else ??

I stopped by just before 7 Today and asked if they can help removing the gel schlack from my nails...they all looked at each other, spoke their language and they made me wait at least 5 minutes before telling me they all have to leave by 7 even though they are open until 730.So rude!!@They probably figured it was not worth the money.

Been going here on and off for the past 9 years. Lovely ladies, they remember me even since my last visit which was circa 2018. I'm trying to be a regular once again. I've shopped around for nail spas and have xome to the conclusion that this place has the best bang for the buck.

Walked in for a fill and watched all employees argue about who would do the service and then they proceeded to tell me I should’ve came in earlier or to come back later because one employee didn’t want to do it and the others had appointments soon.

I live nowhere near this salon but I will make the trek out there. They are super nice and do an amazing mani/pedi! I ALWAYS receive a ton of compliments on my nails.

Following my experience with Jenny at the salon, I was surprised by the overall lukewarm review. My experience was very positive. This nail salon offers silk wrap nails which is scarce but a great alternative for people looking for a way to wean off acrylics. Jenny took her time with my manicure and paid so much attention to detail. Her color recommendations were also pretty spot on. I'm happy with my service and anticipate coming back as I rehab my nails back to au naturel!

I called to make an appointment and they said they were booked up for the week so I told them I’d call back next week. They called me back 5 min later to tell me to come in at 3:45. I go in and I’m gaslighted as if they hadn’t just called me 20 minutes ago. I understood they were overbooked but instead of telling me to come back another time, they rushed my service and treated me like I was an inconvenience. Worst service and treatment I’ve ever received at a nail salon - maybe it was a one time thing but I don’t think I’ll ever be coming back.Service: Acrylic nails

If I could give this so call business zero stars I definitely would!!! I tried making appointment with Jamaica but she claim she was booked up so Jamaica referred me to Jenni I end up making appointment with Jenni for today at 10:30a.m. and I also confirm my appointment with her yesterday and Jenni said she had me down for 06/12/2021 at 10:30a.m. Upon arriving Jenni played like she didn’t have me down for the appointment for today on 06/12/2021 at 10:30a.m. this was really a inconvenience for me and inconsiderate of Jenni, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON TO ANYONE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY YOUR BETTER OFF GOING DOWN THE STREET TO LUX NAILS ORGANIC NAILS ASK FOR HANNA THEIR SERVICES ARE WAY BETTER THEN ORCHARD NAILS SALON!!!!Services: Manicures
