“I’ve never used your services but I’m actually just really hoping you can fix the giant “LUBE” sign on your building. And I mean just the lube part. I got a giggle from it on my way to my awful job every morning. And now that the light has burnt out, life no longer seems to bring me joy. I realize funds may be tight around the shop and my request may not be doable, but please know if the sign can be fixed I will have my car in there for a full service and a fat tip sooner than you can say LUBE EXPRESS.”

“Loved that the mechanic was able to record and send me a video of everything from his perspective. Communication was hit or miss but I was able to pickup my car before they closed as they were able to shuttle me over. Sadly when they washed my car (I honestly didn’t even expect a car wash, as I was only getting a part replaced), it warped my license plate frame. Derek was an okay advisor, sucks that it felt like he was the only one working there when I was trying to get ahold of someone. Hopefully better service in the future. I haven’t really had great experiences at any VW dealers, however.”
