Took my car in for a basic repair
Came to pick it up the next day
Groundhogs from their property made their way underneath my vehicle and damaged some wiring .. they blamed me even though I don't live in an area with nearly any wildlife
Then charge me for the repair of said wires
When I came back to pick up the vehicle from that repair the engine was broken off of its mount and shaking around they told me it was all good to go when I brought up that the vehicle was still not running properly they continued to argue and scream at me ...I strongly suggest not taking your vehicle here

I had a problem with my air conditioner leaking water inside my Lincoln MKX. Nick was able to diagnose the problem immediately and solved the problem. And also would not allow me to give him any type of payment. I recommend anyone who is having any type of issue or problems with there vehicle to stop at Nick’s shop. God Bless him!

I'm not a review guy, I think I've only every left a couple in my whole life. With that said, this is a great shop.
I've taken my car in twice and have been thoroughly impressed with the outcome both times. You may have to call ahead and schedule a few days in advance, but both times they have gotten my car done in a timely manner the same day I dropped it off. To me, this is indicative of a well-organized team who isn't making promises they can't keep.
The first time I was in last fall, my ABS light kept coming on, and going into the winter, I needed that fixed before the roads got icy and snowy. I took the car in and within a few hours they let me know it was because of a bad connector piece that was corroded. They said they could replace that part, but also said they could skip that entirely and simply hardwire the electrical cable and it would be cheaper with the same effect. I got out for less than $200 and my ABS worked all winter and is still working.
Just yesterday I brought my car in for Sway Bar links and paid a touch over $400 for both front ones on my 2010 Corolla. After I picked it up, I even checked the MSRP on those parts and that's exactly what they charged me. Labor was $160 for one hour. No made up "inspection" or "diagnostic" fees.
I have had horrible experiences with other mechanics overcharging on labor or with other fees to do simple jobs. With Nick's, there have not been any surprises, upsells, delays, or hemming and hawing about the work that needs to be done.
As a matter of fact, they mentioned Sway Bar links as something they noticed could be problematic last fall when I had the ABS issue fixed but straight-up volunteered that it wasn't a safety issue at that time, and it didn't need to be done right then. They made me aware, without trying to upsell me at that time and I appreciate that.
Thank you to the team at Nick's for being honest people in a generally dishonest industry. I will be bringing my car here for any future work. Now if only I can find a landlord with the same values...

This place is outstanding. I had an issue with my air conditioning system not working. I brought it to the shop, they let me know that it was the air compressor itself that needed to be replaced. I can't thank them enough for their help, time, and effort.

Came here for the first time after another shop did bad work on one of our cars. I cannot remember the office lady’s name, but she was incredibly helpful and communicated wonderfully. They didn’t try to upsell us or try to do work we didn’t need. Prices are fair and turnaround time was great.

I was having problems with my 2015 Buick, Had the day off work because of rain and decided to take it up there based on the Google reviews. I must say that they did not disappoint, I explained that it was my only vehicle and that I needed it to get back and forth to work they were able to get me back my car and just a few hours at a very very fair price. Would definitely highly recommend anybody who has any mechanical issues with their vehicles and taking them to Nick's. Affordable, friendly, Fair, professional.

Took our shop truck in for a loose steering wheel. Nick's had it diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. You cannot do better than that. We will be using them in the future for additional vehicle repairs. We could not be happier with the service we received today. Thank you again!

Did alright work…eventually. They had my car for over a month and didn’t give me a single update while it was there until it was done. I had to call over and over again to get an update. At the end of the day I ended up using my warranty for the vehicle but there wasn’t much clarity on the billing side either. If you’re someone who’s expecting updates on the status of your car every 2-3 weeks this may not be a good place for you.
