JoAnn was incredible! As first time homebuyers, the process was definitely confusing and a little stressful. Our previous lender we worked with was not helpful, and failed to explain everything to us. JoAnn was incredibly patient, responsive, and knowledgeable. We closed on our home quicker than we expected, and got so lucky with her. I will recommend anyone to JoAnn without a doubt!

Chris and Jamie were so very helpful. They always answered my calls or returned them quickly and walked me through everything i needed to do or send or fill out. Even after the sale was completed, they answered any questions we had. I highly recommend them to anyone. Our underwriter may have continued to request more information, but Chris and Jaime were on it and everything settled in no time. Great job!

Lou B. from the Macomb location was very unprofessional with the way he prioritized my services and needs. I never heard back from him for my pre-approval rate within a span of a week and a half. I had to continue to reach out to him to hear back via email. In today's age, there is no exception to not respond within hours of an email, especially to your soon-to-be clients. I mentioned to Lou I am no longer interested in his services and he has STILL not responded in over 24 hours...Very unprofessional and non-responsive. If I wanted a house tomorrow I would never even have a chance to buy it.

JoAnn was absolute rockstar! My buyers had to close on our new home in in timely manner and she got it done with absolutely no problems. Always easy to reach her through phone or email and extremely knowledgeable on everything mortgage related. Joann worked day and night to get us closed on time and we are so appreciative of her hard work. If you want a loan officer and team that gets the job done, answers every question, and knows what they’re talking about, then Joann and her team are the team you want in your corner.I’m a realtor and by business is hundred percent depend on customer service.
