Never going to a minute clinic again. The visit itself was fine, but getting my test results was a nightmare filled with full VMs and staff brushing me off. Was originally told results would be in next day. Never got a call and finally got a message over to them and they called back and said they'd be ready next morning. Still no call all the next day and couldn't get through to anyone helpful. Gave up and called corporate and was told the results wouldn't actually be available until 3 days from testing because the normal turnaround time is 2-3 days and the lab has a high volume. Would have been nice if I was told that in the first place, or at all during this process!!

Waited forever to be seen, no one was friendly and doctor had attitude. Now I’m getting a bill 4+ months later? The bill doesn’t even say what for and no one answers the phones

We had a great experience in person but their customer service over the phone is tragic. In my most recent call, I was transferred to the doctor and instead of being asked if I wanted a callback, the doctor started asking me 21 questions about why I was calling them when they were with a patient. How would I even know you're with a patient? Very unprofessional.

Waited over 30 minutes before cancelling appointment. Doctor was chatting with the pharmacist the entire time while patients were waiting. Didn’t apologize or offer any explanation to us while we waited.

Was ok. I would rather go to Quest. The price they show in website if not what you get when the bill comes. They add other services and the bill almost becomes double what you would see .

I have had a great experience. The nurses are nice and on time. Not the long doctor office waits you typically see. Obviously, there clinics not meant to provide all the care that doctors offices do but it’s a great and efficient option for quick visits for basic ailments.

I would not recommend using Minute Clinic to anyone. Spent 2.5 hours waiting to be seen. The experience was very unprofessional. I was made to call my insurance company myself to figure out a software issue that shouldn't have been my responsibility. While being seen the NP was venting about politics and work problems to me and making phone calls to get packages picked up. I received my bill in the mail 3 weeks later and it displayed that I was billed for not having insurance at all when the NP spoke to my insurance company in the office verifying that I do have insurance. I have spent hours on hold with minute clinic. It should not be this difficult to resolve billing issues. Don't go here!

"No wait" service had me waiting while the person inside NOT examining anyone did not come out until a package was delivered. Then I asked if she could take me and she said no because I hadn't entered my insurance. I told her I entered everything else but didnt have the card yet BUT had the numbers which I was told any medical professional could look up. She said she couldn't do it and would have to ask her manager. I've been to a MC before and never been treated like this. Exceptionally bad customer/patient service. Way to go CVS.

Horrible experience. The practitioner was unable to diagnose properly and randomly suggested medicines which weren't related to what i was suffering from.

I went to this location yesterday for the first time. My experience was outstanding. My NP was Zahra and she was very detailed and very patient and listened to my concerns. I would definitely come back.
