They said they could install my subs and made me buy a different part they don’t have in store then take my car apart on install day and I get a call saying they won’t do it because it’s to difficult and say if you go somewhere else they will do it

Most wonderful experience! Bobby is top notch, saving me $$$. He's the only person in 3 years who told me how to get a factory car radio & not pay hundreds! I have music & am so very happy!!

Awesome location for a woman to get service. Bob ( owner) very respectful explain everything. His CUSTOMER SERVICE AMAZING!!Jason (tech) AMAZING!! After install he stood in the cold rain to explain how to work the new system. I will definitely be back for my radio upgrade..Thank you Bob n Jason

Needed a radio in a beater. Bobby helped me from start to finish. He did his best to save me money which is always appreciated. I dread going to places like this but this store is the exception. Appreciate the service. It’s hard to find nowadays.

Backup camera under warranty, appointment set for 9 am today. Informed that no technicians are currently onsite and it will be a while before the technicians arrived, mentioned that it may be 4 to 5 hour wait. I left and went to the Royal Oak location.(15 minutes later) Order pulled and ready when I arrived, vehicle immediately pulled into the bay and looked into. Just got to another location where your time is valued.

I had an issue with my remote start and it was still under warranty. Some other Mickey shorr locations were giving me some grief about it and it seemed like they didn't want to help me. So I came to this location and the manager Bobby orr had my issue resolved in 10 minutes. Awesome customer service at this location.

I was very impressed with their service and the radio I received very professional people great location I definitely recommend this place they done put car starters in my car as well next up will be a back up camera
