My experience with MHP Pharmacy is absolutely phenomenal! Stephanie Stadtfeld is a life saver! She has taken over the management of my prescriptions and she does it with grace and compassion! She is also very knowledgeable, and so willing to help! Believe it or not, she even called me on my birthday!I no longer feel stressed or worried about my prescriptions, which is very new to me. She is a blessing!!

I love this pharmacy. The delivery is such a life saver. We have somewhat complicated meds and insurance for some of our family members and they have been awesome. The pharmacists take time to answer questions when needed, walk us through the issues if they arise with insurance and pre auths etc. Do yourself a favor. You won’t regret it. If you happen to need to go in, they also have great candy and snacks

So I Iike this pharmacy cause of delivery but I came in store to pick up and the cashier was looking unprofessional with a waist trainer on I'm use to seeing scrubs on Techs not looking like that,I think it's very unprofessional for the pharmacy setting

This pharmacy is one of the best I have encountered. They are very professional, helpful, and pleasant experience. They're calling you with step by step instructions if they don't have the medications in stock, when it will have it in stock. And can't say enough about their delivery, it is prompt and always on time. If I have any issues I can talk to supervisor who makes sure everything is taken care of. Sometimes have to be patient for someone to answer the phone because they're busy like every business. But you will always find somebody inpatient don't listen to them. The wonderful experience I had its worth waiting for.

The worst pharmacy! Worst customer service I’ve had to deal with in a very long time. They do not contact you if they can’t get your medication no matter what they are or how serious you need them. They speak to you like they don’t want to be bothered and with attitude! I asked for a manager and had one of the employees lie said he was a manager. The next day I talked to The real manager he Informed me that everyone was kind so basically called me a liar. And informed me that they do not contact you if they don’t have your medication on back order. EVEN if it’s 3 weeks out. He also said he contacted my Doc. When I ask my doctor she said no contact was made. I was told they have so many people to deal with and what does that mean?? Your not taking new customers??Also the one medication after a week I got was left on my porch in the rain. WOW

MHP has always been very accommodating and prompt. Any time I need my prescriptions they are delivered as soon as possible. It is always the same day or the next day. I recently had to change pharmacies because I changed insurance. The one I have now is less than a mile from my house. MHP was in the same building as my Dr., over 8 miles away. MHP was so much more convenient, and courteous. I didn’t want to change.
