Drove 5+ hours to get a car. was advertised as “no mechanical problems only cosmetic defects” in the advertisement there was surface rust on the body but didn’t think much of it, asked if there were any mechanical problems they said no. Upon arrival I found out the car I was looking at had, no speedometer (was told it was a abs cable problem, it’s not), no e brake, no odometer reading, needs a new fuse box, etc. wouldn’t recommend driving from out of state to look at a car here

We bought a Jeep Commander from these guys. We were told the battery was fresh and new (it was) however, it was a battery meant for a much smaller vehicle. Since we've bought it, we have put thousands into it for tires, new radiator and headers back exhaust as the catalytic converters were both clogged, new fuel injectors, spark plugs, serpentine belt, window regulator modules, and the turn signals in the rear don't work.This car has had nothing but issues since bought. I do not recommend them to anyone in need of a vehicle. You'll end up spending more than you bargained for.

Very bad experience. I was running late and on the way to the dealership. I know they closed at 6 so I asked the guy if it’s ok I’m like 30 minutes away. I went to the dealership at 6:05. And the same guy was like he left the place 20 minutes ago. They are closed smh.

We bought a 2016 Toyota Camry from Ray at Metallic Auto. He was very nice and answered all of our questions. The car runs great and we haven't had any problems with it yet. The car also has a rebuilt title, and it has been great. Ray got our license plate for us also, so no trip to the secretary of state :-)The "lot" is in a mini mall type of area with the cars in a warehouse, so if you are looking for a car lot, you get confused when you drive in.UPDATE: 2021 and the car has 96,000 miles on it and is still running great with no problems.

Recently bought a 2010 Cadillac SRX from Metallic Auto Sales in Farmington Hills and got hosed.Besides needing brakes front and back, sway bar, driveshaft, hole in the oil pan and a catilictic converter. Estimated cost $5000. Don't buy from these people they are crooks! Just because we took it for a test drive doesn't make it ok to take advantage of us. We are not mechanic's. Yeah you gave us the parts for the back brakes, but what about the rest? You didn't fix anything for us. What's your motto, buyer beware? You should be ashamed of yourself!

I had a great experience with this company. I'm very happy with the vehicle I purchased from Ray (the owner). They have a great inventory of vehicles in all different price ranges. If I or anybody I know needs a vehicle I will be sending them to Metallic auto sales.
