“We ordered this device for my grandmother about a month ago. We have been pleased with our service so far. There was an issue with charging and when calling in spoke with CSR Lisa who has been able to give us some trouble shooting tips. Lisa was great with understanding the issue we have and was able to walk through the steps on a device she had so I could understand what the device will say and do when I walk through the steps with my grandma. We even walked away with plans for if this did not resolve the issue. Thank you Lisa & Medical Care Alert for helping my grandma (and me) have some piece of mind!”

“Our scooter was damaged on a flight and Spectra Med was contracted by the airline to repair the scooter and we could not be happier with their work and the timely manner in which they got the repair done. “It was so easy to get a hospital bed same day. Ordered at 8am and it was delivered before 3pm. Delivery driver Shaun was kind, professional, and took time to explain all the functions. They don't participate with insurance, but that made the process quicker without extensive paperwork and approvals.”
