A good friend recommended this place to me, and now I recommend this place to others. So happy I went there. Sue who answered the phone was friendly and welcoming. Quality auto work, for less than half the cost the dealership quoted me. And I never felt rushed or like they were upselling. They really take their time to hear your concerns and explain their services/policies. No surprise charges. And they're good at keeping you updated on your car's status while it's being worked on.

I work for a property management company that has a fleet of vehicles. We started using McElroy's for service a couple years ago, and have not been disappointed. Patrick is honest, knowledgeable, and explains everything well. We trust him entirely to give an honest opinion, fair prices, and excellent service. Sue in the office is also knowledgeable, professional, and fun! I take my car to them now, as do our employees in the office. It's so nice to have a mechanic you can trust and count on!

This place is amazing! We were looking at buying a car in the area and wanted to have a mechanic look at it to make sure there wasn’t anything wrong with it. Patrick was the nicest mechanic I’ve ever met. He was kind, honest, and took time to really explain and show things. Unfortunately I live 2 hours away, or else I would be coming to him for all of my car needs. You won’t be disappointed going to this place!Service: Vehicle Inspection

My wife and I came from out of town to potentially purchase a truck. I wanted a 3rd part inspection and found McElroy's on google. It had great reviews, so we went with them. My wife and I were beyond impressed with Patrick and his staff. They went above and beyond and were absolutely incredible. I've been using them for a few years, so far no issues with the quality of their work. Deducting one star because of the receptionist-Sue I think her name is. I literally hate interacting with her. She obviously is related to the owner no way should she interface with customers. Her mannerisms, the way she speaks to people...obnoxious personality. There used to be a man that worked the front desk, he was great. Honestly, Sue is the reason I will likely use this place less. The last time I came here, she overcharged me, and luckily, I caught it before too much time lapsed.
