I stopped in to shop for a new mattress. Lamin greeted me and asked me a few questions to learn my preferences and then guided me through the store asking me to test the mattress that I might like most. He was very patient and knowledgeable and helped me to determine which mattress would best fit my needs. I like that Mattress Firm has a 120 day in home test period and price match policy. I guess you can rest assured that you are getting a good deal, pun intended.

Shout out to Nate!I ordered a bed on line and NOT through their store, last week. Today the wrong bed was delivered. I was unable to contact customer service because of it being the weekend. I called this location hoping I could get help. Nate went above and beyond to help me out. The correct mattress was brought to me within 2 hours! Thanks again! Totally appreciate your excellent customer service!

He was patient, very informative and focused, avoiding any distractions, to complete my transaction quickly but after thorough due diligence.
