I've been coming here for 3 years and today I had the rudest experience ever. There is a new pedicure lady in the salon. I went to her three weeks ago and she did good job. However today, she was frustrated that the light polish color I chose wouldn't go on my toe nails smoothly. I just told her to let it dry then try again. It went on smoothly after waiting for the layers to dry. My next service was dip so I had to move to the next station. She threw my shoes by the chair and walked away. To top it off! ! The owner acted like he didn't know me even though I get my nails done every month and made a rude comment to me as well. The wife was wonderful as always. I will not be returning anymore.

Went on a day or was quiet. It was freezing cold in there. 2 hrs mani pedi. 4 days later my dip has chipped or completely gone. My pedi is ruined and nails are peeling away.

After reading the reviews i noticed it is same pattern with the owner(man). I usually let the ladies do my nails, but today he was the only one available. He kept emphasizing do you really want me to do your nails. I was in a hurry, i said yea i am not picky. He had just finished smoking, came back without washing his hands. I told him i wanted my nails a little bit longer. My concerns were totally ignored when i told him my nails were very short. The nails are poorly shaped and boggy. This is the last time he will even get my nails done.

I go here all the time with my daughter and we’re always taken care of by Joe.. I would recommend this salon to all my friends I’ve never had a bad experience.Services: Acrylic nails

Absolutely horrible service, only getting 2 stars because the nails were okay, not great though. Called and set up an appointment for shellac french tips at 230. When I showed up at 225 I got bounced around 3 different techs, then one of them took in a walk-in mid-appointment instead of finishing on me (mind you this walk-in customer got a manicure and pedicure and still finished before me). Spent over 2 hours here, and now I've wasted so much of my Saturday I don't have time for the other things I need to do. They charged me extra for "getting a shape" and even after I pointed out that they had wasted 2 hours of my day they didn't care. I don't mind the money, but I would rather spend my 45 dollars somewhere where they respect appointments and prioritize customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

If their was a zero I would’ve picked it . I just went in and got my eyebrows done and when I tell you the owner waxed my forehead he sure did . I guess he totally forgot where my eyebrows were and waxed my forehead. I’m having an allergic reaction and bleeding out . I called and spoke with the owner and said to just sue him because he does not care what I had to say ! Very rude and unprofessional, if I was you I wouldn’t go over there for nothing not even to get ur nails done .

I do not understand these negative reviews. I have been here twice now and plan to go again very soon because I have the best time there. All of the employees are so friendly, personable and talented. Both times I went I asked for nail designs on ALL nails and they did an amazing job. I also got a pedicure one of my visits and it was a great experience. Hanna, the owner, is one of the sweetest human beings on the planet and SO funny. I highly recommend this place to everyone who asks where I had my nails done. Both times I got so many compliments from strangers on my nail designs. Their prices are well worth the experience and the talent of the employees. My nails also held up 3-4 weeks with no chipping or smudging both times.Services: Nail art

Hanna and Judy are most awesome!! Came in today, got quickly seated Hanna took me, and Judy did my S.O. They took a good amount of time and care with us both, and had us laughing!
