I have a good and trustworthy account manager that allows me to withdraw my profits anytime I want and I can monitor everything going on in my account when she is busy trading with her expert team and I don't have issues with pending withdrawals. Amy Converse recently helped our staff through a difficult and confusing time with an incredible level of customer service. Night and day different experience with PPP small business loan compared to a "big bank" I had been working with. Thought big bank started out well with just a little paper work since already had account there (but cryptic document upload system.) Then waited almost two months with admonishment "don't call, visit, or email about loan status, because no one you can reach will know anything thing" Seriously, I'm not joking. My accountant then recommended Kevin Brusinski at Level One Bank. There was a bit more paper work, but Level One's system was easier, and Kevin very nicely explained what was needed when. Amazingly, the whole process to loan approval was done in less than 24 hours, including time for me to find info to fill out paperwork work! (And Kevin never said "don't contact us", in fact it was just the opposite) After the experience of working with "the big bank," when Kevin emailed to say loan was approved I told him I was flabbergasted! Pleasantly stunned would be accurate as well. Thank you Kevin and Level One Bank!

Lori and the Level One team is amazing. When my initial bank (nationwide change) could not service something that was needed for my business during the COVID outbreak, Level One stepped up big time. They are quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful! Could not recommend them highly enough.
