Our home buy was in a new unfamiliar state, from a sometimes-unresponsive sales team, but Darlene pushed to ensure the loan would be ready before the rest of the deal. We just closed on our house in Radnor Township in Pennsylvania, and all the credit goes to Darlene, our loan manager. It was not an easy loan to get it done, and get it done in a little over two weeks. Darlene was relentless and focused on getting the loan done despite all the obsitical. Every day Darlene asked how to remove the difficulties and move forward. Her tenacious behavior was contagious, and her team kept working to fund the loan despite all the problems along the way. A couple of other mortgage lenders could not close the loan and gave up in the middle. I am absolutely sure if it weren't for Darlene, we would not be able to close on the house, let alone ‘clear to close’ a couple of week before the closing date. I would use Darlene for any future mortgage needs.

I’ll start off by saying that I usually don’t take the time to leave positive feedback when I’m happy with a service. I’m more likely to leave a review for a company if I am extremely disappointed in a service (as much as I hate to admit that). With that being said; I still felt I had to take the time to leave this positive review for Legacy Home Lending because the experience was just that good!! If you’re in need of a mortgage company, no need to look any further. Mario was able to get our refinance done in significantly less time than we had expected. And honestly, if I happened to need anything else and whether I mentioned it directly to Mario or he simply overheard me stressing about it to my husband, it was as if he already had a solution to all my problems. Even things unrelated to our loan, I swear he knew a guy. It became an inside joke between my husband and I. His answer to everything became, “call Mario, I bet he knows a guy.” And he would!!!! He knew a guy for everything! This really spoke on his ability to maintain good business relationships with people. And in turn, this made me feel like I could trust him. His mortgage rates were also the lowest we found anywhere and fees were reasonable too. So it made our decision to go with Legacy, a no brainer. We also absolutely LOVED our loan processor, cute little girl too!! I think her name was Molly? She made us feel at ease, as we all know, securing a loan can be stressful sometimes with all the paperwork, etc. However, Molly made herself available to us along the way and went the extra mile to help get our loan moved through quickly. We have had less positive experiences with other mortgage lenders near us. So I was reluctant to try a newer company but I’m so glad we did. A big thank you for making the process easy and taking the time to keep us informed of what to expect next. We will forever be grateful for Legacy Home Lending!!

Darlene was absolutely easy to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase or refinance. I will be forever grateful for her assistance.
