Emiliano Vata and Chad Kyre were absolutely the best that I worked with at La Fontaine Volvo. If you are thinking of a Volvo make sure you ask for Emiliano as your sales person. He takes his time with you answers all your questions and makes you feel at ease. Once you start the buying process make sure you work with Chad, he takes you through the process which can be confusing, by answering your questions and explains the details along the way. Thank you for an awesome buying experience.

I did end up my second lease of XC 90 with Them . Despite some issue with their partner Collision center in Highland ( not recommended ) I can only recommend Volvo Farmington and mainly Lacey Skinner that was a wonderful support in the past few weeks when I was facing issues with the La Fontaine collision center lack of response .

My wife and I were in the market for vehicles as we were turning in our corporate vehicles so we were in crunch to acquire two replacements. We originally stumbled into this dealer to look at a different than the vehicle we walked away from -- Steven our salesperson was fantastic, we had loads of questions and he took the time to patiently answer each and every one (via text as well, which for both of us busy with work, kids, etc. allowed us to multi-task and not have to take time off work!).
Once we found the vehicle we wanted we worked with the team there as a few items needed to be fixed prior to delivery -- can't compliment Steven, Kyle, and Chad enough for their service, friendly low-pressure & informative approach, and overall experience. We're excited to welcome our (new to us) first Volvo to the driveway.
Now to the march to 1,000,000 miles begins!

Working with Kaylee was a pleasure. She was so kind to me after I explained to her that I had just lost my husband on March 18. I really felt very welcomed at La Fontaine Volvo. She handled my car appraisal, asked me if I needed water; she made me feel so comfortable: I knew I was in expert hands. I also worked with Chad in finance and he was also great. He explained all the details regarding finance to me. I really felt at ease and confident in my purchase. They even introduced me to Austin, who would be taking care of the maintenance on the car. my previous experience was with infinity. I had a QX 50 and then a QX 55 . I will never return to Infiniti. They did not treat me or my husband like a luxury brand should! I will certainly recommend LaFontaine services, I truly felt like family! Thank you so much.
