So yes, the location is in the basement of this building, but the service for bloodwork was very good. For some reason Beaumont/Corewell couldn’t do a test on my list, but Labcorp does everything so I drove over and got in quickly. The women there were very nice and efficient. I think the reason the check-in iPad is there is because the same people who check you in also do the lab work, so there may not be a person at the window.

Sharday P. is awesome! I had such a positive experience here. I checked in and I was taken back within less than 5 minutes. Sharday was super quick and efficient. I have had my blood drawn many times and for some reason the technicians ALWAYS have problems finding a vein. This experience was so positive for me. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Sharday was professional and sweet.

Fast results. Never a terrible wait time at least the several times I visited for blood work. Nice staff who draw blood fast on the FIRST TRY, minimum discomfort, instead of several failed attempts like other places I have gone to.

The lab was very busy today but the wait was very manageable. Dot drew my blood and she did a very good job. It felt like a mosquito bite. Very friendly, too!

The front desk lady named LawanaCranford was very rude and dismissive. Her attitude was unacceptable and she wasn’t just mean to me, she treated everyone that walked in the lab the same way. Something needs to be done about her behavior. I will never pick this location again.

I had a terrible experience here. I have never been greeted and treated with such indecency. Do not come here. The workers hate their lives and will take it out on someone just trying to pee in a cup. I hate environments like this. I regret coming here, and will never come here again. The employee was sarcastic, raising her voice, gave me the worst looks ever it was crazy literally. I wish I could write a thousand bad reviews for this garbage place because I would. And if i knew the name of the only lady that I saw there that treated me and others like this Id say her name

Avoid this lab. I've been twice before, both times workers were dismissive and rude. I tried to go today out of necessity and was told they were "done for the day" despite it being before their posted closing time.

I was a walk-in on a fairly busy morning and the entire experience took only about 40-45 min. Not bad at all. The 2 women working were friendly, check-in was easy, and results were received quickly.

Got in, checked in, and was seen 15 mins. Whole experience was less than 30mins. I didn’t feel the staff was rude at all.

Made an appointment online using the Lab Corp website. Arrived early and found people in the small basement location hallway waiting to enter the lab. The door was locked and only the sign in the kiosk was on. No one responded to repeated phone calls and knocking on the door. No sign on the door, I had received a confirmation of the appointment that morning.We all left at 9:00 am, very unprofessional, it took the service center 30 minutes to track down the location supervisor and report back that the lab would be open at 10 am instead of the 7 am opening time listed.I will not be using Lab Corp in the future!
