The staff at this store is simply awesome! We get it. A lot of businesses are understaffed and often "out of stock,"Here, you'll find folks who are willing to "dive into in a cooler" or pluck fruit from the back...(pun intended)...with a smile.So here's to:Matt, Wisdom, Barbie, Karen, Theresa, Davonte, Juawan, Vinessa, Mike, and Kirk.I'll be sure to add the names and lovely smiles of the ones I missed ? .Keep up the good work! This store never has anything in stock. From fresh produce to fresh fish or meats. And what they do have in the “fresh fish” section when it’s not empty, smells HORRIFIC. Don’t waste your time.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Horrible communication and even worse customer service. I've given this location several chances to do better and be better, but it's always the same. I highly suggest some retraining in customer service. Including the store manager, Ron and Pick-up Rep, Christine. Is it apart of store policy to speak over people?

Fantastic visit first time. Theresa, Collette and several others made my visit easy and were very helpful. Some good sales but were missing 3 items on list and 2 had a real hard time finding. Very joyful visit saved by friendly and informed employees.

9:40pm 25 people in line 1 young new cashier, no self-service, had to call the manager to get them to come help. I guess staffing and controlling lines is not management's responsibility but the customers. It's past 10pm store us closed and we are still in the same line. Line goes now to the back of the store. Definitely need new management. If you don't have staff don't open, that's not an acceptable

This Kroger introduced me to the Kroger app which allows me to locate tons of coupon options a clip them…so much easier than carrying around the coupons in the booklet…they hire special needs people which is nice as it shows they care and I can usually find what I’m looking for which is great since I’m primarily vegan.
