Lenore the sales rep at Land Rover Novi was assume! My husband and I came to the dealership unaware they closed at 6pm. As we walked up to the door Lenore was in route to her ccar yet stopped to help us anyway! She was very informative walking us around the lot telling us all about the cars. She went above and beyond to help us. It was very much appreciated and made the long drive from Sterling Heights worth wild!

The minute I walked into the dealer Lenore was so helpful and HONEST ! She always returned my calls and was very responsive . Lenore is the sweetest hard working lady ! Had a great experience with them all . Thanks to Robbie ghanem for working so hard and trying his best to work everything out . And Thank u to the very kind manager Tony malouf for helping finalize everything and getting everything done . Last but not least thank uu to the genius Cody for going over every detail in my new Range Rover !Best people !!

I worked with David Ali at Fox Jaguar Land Rover Novi and had an amazing experience. David answered all of my questions about the vehicle of interest and I was impressed.Within 48 hours, I was in to test drive and then purchased a Range Rover Evoque. the services is so stupid, it asks us to book a loaner car when the car has an accident right now. why will somebody know their car will break in a month… full of disappointment.

10 out of 10, would recommend! I am a returning customer all because of Lenore. She makes everyone feel like they're her only client and is extremely knowledgeable. She worked after hours to help find a car for me. She even took it upon herself to "babysit" my one year old while I worked with Robbie (who was also kind and amazing). I will be referring everyone to her.

I am utterly disappointed with the service I received from the dealership. When my engine light came on, I promptly contacted them for assistance, only to be told that the earliest available appointment for repairs, including the option for a loaner, is a whole month away. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for a brand that prides itself on being "premium." The month-long wait is inconceivable, and the lack of a loaner car adds further frustration to the situation. As a customer, I expected better from Range Rover – prompt and efficient service, especially for a vehicle of this caliber.
