The second we walked in we knew this was the place to buy a vehicle. Lenore was so kind and personal she took us right under her wing. The sale was flawless and she made sure everything was perfect for us. Sales manager Tony Cross made us feel like we were part of the family, what a great dealership I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and anybody that needs a new vehicle or vehicle .

My experience at Land Rover Novi was exceptional! This was my first time buying a Range Rover and the service was top tier! Everyone from the managers,
(Tony Malouf and Robbie Ghanem), to the IT personnel (Jake), to my wonderful salesperson Lenore Parvu, made sure they went above and beyond for me and my family! From the very beginning, each handoff was smooth and professional. Everyone involved personally introduced themselves to me, worked with me to get the exact vehicle I wanted, sat with me until all my questions were answered (no matter how long it took!), and even provided a memorable celebratory experience at the end I will forever cherish! A special thanks to Lenore who treated me just like family. She stayed past closing to answer all my questions, showed me all of my options, and I never felt rushed. The time she spent with me helped me to know that I made the best decision to purchase with Land Rover, more specifically at this location. I am so happy with my beautiful new vehicle and my new Land Rover family!!

From the moment I walked in, he took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and he presented me with options that perfectly matched what I was looking for. His expertise and genuine enthusiasm for the Range Rover made the decision-making process both easy and exciting.
When it came to financing, Robbie was equally impressive. He explained all the options in a clear and straightforward manner, making sure I felt comfortable with every step of the financing process. His professionalism and patience were greatly appreciated, and he worked diligently to secure the best possible terms for me.

Worst experience ever never go there again ordered Range Rover l 3 years ago took my deposit kept it for couple years never delivered finally I gave up and took my money back . Unprofessional management.

Full disclosure- I do not like car shopping. It is not a great experience. Well, this was a total 180! I filled out a form online to inquire about a Discovery Sport, and Wayne called me back the next day. He asked good questions and was generally curious about what I was driving, what I was looking for, and what my budget was. After that, it was smooth sailing. I looked at the vehicles, test drove them, and very quickly found the one that was right for me (and within budget!).
I met with Jake who helped me with the tech the next day, and Robbie who talked me through the financing. It really was a substantially different experience. All were personable, talked to me and treated me as an individual, and made sure that I understood everything. Unless something goes horribly wrong from here, Wayne and co. have a customer for life!

I have had my vehicle serviced here several times and every time it’s the same thing. I arrive. I’m greeted with politeness. I see Cary. He moves fast and with enthusiasm. I sit for some time while enjoying a coffee and maybe a complementary snack. Nothing here could be better. From sales to service this dealer has it figured out.
