Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Star an account manager doesn't know the basics about opening an additional account. Had to call the customer service line to straighten things out. NO privacy at this branch. Teller windows are so close to each other I can hear the customer next to me give personal information. Also bad habit by account managers they don't close their office doors when on speaker phone or opening a new account. I can hear social security numbers being given out.

they need to improve upon on customer service. The 10 mile One is way more nicer and more professional than this one. We only came here due to a safety deposit box. We were told at this one "well there are many more banks than this one." She's right. PNC said they can help us out instead. Who leaves a customer who's trying to get in their box for another person instead. Who huffs and sighs that they have to climb a short ladder to get their box. We had money in our account, and the teller wouldn't give my work check to my husband. I was standing there and let her know she can do it for were married. So, thanks for treating an interacial couple with 0 respect.

ATM malfunctioned and took my money without actually crediting it as a deposit in my account. After several failed attempts to retrieve the money, I finally called the number on the ATM. I was told I needed to wait five days for the matter to be resolved. What an inconvenience.

Stephen helped me open my business account today at this branch and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, asked about my business, and chatted a bit about life and the area in general. Just overall a super down to earth guy. Thank you Stephen for being such a great banker! I would definitely recommend this Huntington branch!
