Found & fixed my leaking air conditioner within 48 hours. Cheaper non-Honda auto shop I took it to nearby looked at it twice & couldn’t find the leak.

Not a good Experience at all. My Honda CRV 2022 is stalling suddenly on a road. When I took the car to the Suburban they kept the car for almost 2 weeks without giving a loner and still not resolve the problem. Bob mentioned that they cannot do anything about it as HONDA should be able to take care of it and Honda is saying work with dealership. Worst experience !!! NOT buying Honda again!!!

Great experience. This was my first time there, and I was helped swiftly by one of the service reps, Bob(friendly and professional), and he got me in/out within 10 min. I had planned on walking back to my apartment, but was pleasantly surprised that they offered a shuttle service. I barely had a chance to sit down in the lobby before one of their shuttle drivers, Tom, escorted me to his vehicle and took me home. He was a pleasure to speak to on the way back.

Came here with kids in tow. Service was friendly, had a space for us to sit with wifi access for kids to be occupied on iPad at a table and vending machines for snacks. Car was done in less than the estimated time. Grateful for this team.
Update. Yet another great visit. This time, with LaRon, the serviceman. He was very helpful in working with me to determine what services my car needs, when and how much each service will cost. They haven’t disappointed me yet!

Came in for my second bolt puncture in my tire over the past 6 months… Been coming here the last 5 years and even on busier service days, I’ve always been addressed right away. My issues are explained to me clearly and they check in throughout the service. Always in and out quickly, respectively, and I prefer them for all my Honda service

On December 28 brought in my car for regular maintenance oil change,etc.I was watching through the window of the service area noticingthe technicians were around my right front tire area for quite some time,I went to see what was going on ,to ask Bob I guess the serviceadviser was there a problem.He said he thought there was an oil leak or just a sloppy oil changelast time I was at your facility for the same maintenance job.I'm concerned now.

I'm not really sure about my recent experience at this Honda dealership. I am giving them 4 stars b/c they didn't charge me for the visit but I don't feel my original goal/request was accomplished.I brought the vehicle in due to a rattling noise heard when starting it. I previously had the vehicle there for the exact same reason approx 2 yrs ago/12,000 miles ago -- the variable valve timing (VTC) actuator or cam phaser (hooks to the timing chain) was replaced ($1500) which was causing the rattling noise when starting the CRV. The noise returned the exact same way....upon starting the vehicle. So I left my vehicle for a diagnostic evaluation.Following the diagnostic review the service station called and emailed me with the rec list for repair which included the following:- Front and rear brakes, rotors, pads and break fluid ($1075)- Sway bar replacement ($482.44)- Rearwheel Fluid Exchange ($225)There was no mention of the rattling noise, the VTC actuator, or the reason why I brought the vehicle in. While i very much appreciate the other recommendations, I had to pursue with my original complaint.I called and asked specifically about the issue and here's what they told me. Paraphrasing > 'We didn't find any issue with the VTC actuator, the rattling noise you hear is due to the oil being low. Air getting into the oil filter causes that rattling noise.'Ok, please put that on my diagnostic receipt, I'll pay the $160, the diagnostic fee, and we're good. I'll come pick up the vehicle. The service person came back on the phone, after placing me on hold, and states, 'We're not going to charge you. You can come pick up the vehicle."I'm not sure what to make of this? Is it b/c I asked for a written diagnostic receipt. Wouldn't that be standard; if you're paying for a diagnosis, put t in writing. I have no problem paying for the diagnosis, but, give it to me.
