Always love heartland. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Have unique items that you can't find at other stores. Their cakes are also amazing

This Grocery store is not for people of color! Today I go to self checkout, and the self checkout associate is eyeing me up and down. I had to make two separate transactions, so after i placed the first order in the cart, she proceeds to walk over to my cart and take out the other order which were two items, and says “oh you don’t want these” I never said I didn’t want them, but she was out of line, and as a secret shopper, I will be reporting the behaviors of associates at this establishment.

Gave this place a chance today. It's an okay grocery store, but unfortunately many items were clearly overpriced compared to competitors so I won't be coming back. I specifically looked up online at least 5 items I wanted in store but they were all marked up significantly which was very disappointing. Also probably not their fault, but the produce quality really could have been better in my experience.
