Too hard to find the items that they have online in the store so you don't have the pay shipping, they said they had organic fertilizer online, when I got to the store it wasn't there.

It was a minute before closing time. Thank goodness I knew exactly what I wanted. With Marci's directions, I quickly made the mad dash down the appropriate aisle to locate the product I wanted. Marci rang up my purchases with a smile that made the day! Thank you, Marci!!!

Pro: Store is clean & they have Sunrise Cafe as a neighbor.Con: Unfocused cash register clerk, closed bathrooms for cleaning, a female associate that addressed me hostilely for absolutely NO reason. THEN she SLAMMED my DeWalt drill on the counter. I’ll drive to Downtown Farmington from not on. It’s unfortunate because I live just down the street.

Glad i found what i was looking for, no thanks to the employees. The cashier Delan had an attitude, which is understandable. A lot of younger employees dont really have that much motivation to work these days. But he also didnt want to honor the price tht was on the sign for an item compared to wht it rung up as. Poor customer service.

I love going to Great Lakes Ace Mart in Farmington Hills. Jen truly cares about what you need and she went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required to make the right decision in purchasing what I needed! I did get to meet some of the other team members and they were also friendly upbeat and professional as Jen. The service quality was truly exceptional, I can't wait to come back.

I went in about 15mins before closing. There were 3 male workers behind the counter. An older man, a young adult male and a male who appeared to be about 16 years old. I was looking for the proper bathroom caulk. I noticed out of my right peripheral a figure with a Ace smock jacket on at the end of the aisle watching me. He would dip out of sight whenever I moved and then come back to the end to watch me. Not once did he ask if I needed help. But he wanted to watch me without me seeing him. Except my peripheral vision is excellent. This lets me know that the worker called himself watching to see if I were stealing. I figured it was because they were closing and I was the only person inside or something. As I walked further down the aisle to the end towards the registers, I noticed him again. Watching me. So I looked his way and he causally walked towards the checkout entrance. Still, he never asked if I needed any help. It wasn't until I walked out of the aisle to checkout did this worker (the 16year old looking male) go behind the register where the older male was counting the till and the young adult male was reading while leaning on the countertop. This kid rang me items up and then another customer comes behind me with a buggy and items. I was not the only person in there. Yet, I was the only one being stalked by staff. Now I'm offended. I do not appreciate being watched as if I'm going to steal something. Someone needs to speak to that kid and Great Lakes ace needs to send their employees to implicit bias training before hire and once a year. It's 2023. Time to evolve already people. Seriously.

I called this afternoon to replace garden hose under direction of their customer care. Garry and Jennie were extremely courteous and arranged for replacement. This is service!!?
