I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews because I know that things happen in business and people, including myself, make mistakes. However, I feel my experience here was excessive.
When I initially got the phone call that the parts were in for my vehicle repair, we discussed when I could bring it in. It was a Thursday and I said when is the soonest I could drop it off? She said how about Monday? I said perfect. I get there Monday to drop off my vehicle and I had been scheduled for Monday a month from then. No admitting it was their mistake, but still said I could leave it that day so ok, no big deal I guess. I’m unsure of what would’ve happened if they’d been booked.
A week and a half later I get my vehicle back. I notice later that day that the emblem on my door that was replaced was missing a letter. Ok, still not a big deal I guess and I called and they ordered a new one. Before I took it back for that I noticed that there was a coat of glitter paint (the top coat of the vehicle color) covering my entire windshield. So I called back and they said they would take care of it when I brought it in for the emblem.
So I take it in and they fix the emblem and the windshield. I couldn’t tell how well the windshield was because I can only see the millions of glitter specks when the sun is shining and it was cloudy and raining. The next day the sun comes out and my windshield looked exactly the same as it had before. Glitter paint across the entire thing. I understand a little over spray, but there’s no way my windshield was covered at all when this coat of paint was applied because there’s not a single spot missing the glitter paint. Extremely carelessly done.
So now I have to call and take my vehicle back for a 3rd time. Take time out of my work day again. So I go back today. I show them the video of all the glitter shining in the sun across my entire windshield. He takes it back. Comes back and says I’m all good and felt the need to throw in “some of it is some chips in the glass.” Trying to insult my intelligence as if I can’t tell the difference in a few chips and thousands of specks of glitter everywhere. I leave and turn towards the sun and, while there’s less, there is still glitter paint across my windshield. I’m now having to take it somewhere else and pay someone else to take care of this for me because I can’t keep wasting my time taking it back there. Save yourself the hassle and choose a different shop. The video is after the first time they “fixed it”. The picture is after the second time.

A little over 2 weeks ago I stopped into Fox Collison Center to get an estimate for a ding in my hood. Mind you, I called ahead and the nice receptionist told me to come in, no appointment needed. Once I arrived and entered the facility I was not greeted even though there was an employee sitting at his desk on the right hand side that faces the entrance. He totally ignored me. I stood there several minutes (checking my watch off & on) before he muttered out, "Someone will be with you shortly." never glancing up from his work station. VERY RUDE! Finally the receptionist comes out from what looked like the restroom to the left of the entrance. She was nice and friendly. She went to tell another employee located to the left of the entrance in the back behind a partial wall I needed assistance. It took him several minutes to come out as well. Mind you no other customers are in this office. At any rate, he finally came out, we walked outside to the vehicle looked at and discussed the ding. He took some photos, my email and claimed he'd send me a quote via my email address. LIES! LIES! LIES! It has been well over 2 weeks now and I have heard nothing. I chose this business as a possible option because of location convenience but mainly because my husband and I have had great experiences under the former owners Seller's Buick/GMC (including car purchase, service, pickup and drop service as well as the body shop). I am very disappointed in the poor customer service I recently received under the new owners Fox. I ended up driving down Grand River to another establishment and received IMMEDIATE A1 customer service. I hope this review garners better customer service training for Fox's employees.

Nice people here. But the work was terrible. Sent my Buick here to fix damage from a smallish fender bender. They had to take off and repair/repaint the bumper. Bad idea. Overspray along the entire length of the black plastic trim. Amateur job and looks terrible.

Way to go Sellers Collision Center! We had such a magnificent experience with this collision center. Upon purchasing our car, it required a minor paint/dent repair. Our car was fixed extremely fast (even before the anticipated due date!) and the professionals at Sellers Collision Center were second to none! This will be our go to repair shop moving forward. I recommend them to you without hesitation!Service: Painting

I am currently getting work done at the body shop. Nicest and most professional group of guys in the business. Brian the manager and his colleagues have taken excellent care of me. I wouldn't reccomend people go anywhere else but Sellers.

Sellers Collision did an excellent job with my car, even in the midst of the world experiencing COVID-19. In my service survey, I mentioned a minor flaw in the paint (that could have happened at any shop), and the very next day I received a phone call with a a solution to the problem. Excellent job Sellers!

Fred and everyone did a incredible job on fixing my gmc canyon. He was honest and very caring and update me regularly on my truck. I can imagine how much time and effort all of the collisions staff put into replacing the frame and box of my truck. Thank you again for going the beyond the extra mile.

My vehicle was hit in a parking lot & I chose Sellers as the location is convenient. Didn't know it was going to be such a great choice! Service was great, Brian is super nice and accommodating, and my vehicle looked brand new when I got it back. Didn't even take long either! Highly recommend this place!!!

I can't say enough about the entire team at Sellers Collision Center. They are friendly, professional and just all around make you feel like your in the best hands possible. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else to be fixed.
