I use this location regularly for work related printing. I find the staff helpful and responsive, and have always been pleased with the final product.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this FedEx print location. Despite their Google listing indicating they close at 7 PM, I walked in at 6 PM and was met with rude behavior from the two women working there. They repeatedly told me, "We're closing, make it fast. We're closing, make it fast." When I pointed out that their Google listing shows a 7 PM closing time, one of them curtly responded, "It's for the holiday." However, the holiday (Fourth of July) is not until tomorrow, and such information should be updated on their website.
I asked for help three times to expedite my visit, but instead of assisting me verbally, they kept handing me a card with a QR code. This lack of customer service and basic courtesy was frustrating and unprofessional.
I will never return to this location. These employees need proper training in customer service, and the business must ensure their operating hours are correctly reflected online, regardless of upcoming holidays or any other circumstances.

This was the best Fedex location. Sam helped us out and did an amazing job with assisting in shipping out important documents out of country. The team was also super helpful in making sure we were seen and offered help. Great team!

1st in line. Needed help printing docs. Get handed a card and no help and I stand at desk as she helps everyone behind me. She does this all 3 times i came for different things. Very rude doesn't help

I had my 14 year old daughter drop off a package and she came out completly freaked out as the man behind the counter was hitting on her, drew a picture, told her to keep it near her heart and asked her a few times is the receipt is the olnt other thing she needed. Needless to say I have already reported this to FedEx Corporate. It's clear that this employee needs to be re-trained, or better yet have a recent background check ran.

The manager is helpful and professional. The two people who work at the Fed Ex desk, not so much. If you have a straightforward shipping need, it’s fine. I’d go elsewhere to ship something more complicated. The store itself is fine.

The store was clean and neatly organized. I was greeted when I entered the building by Markasha H. She far exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond. She even made sure I was aware of the "Print Preferred" program to earn 10% off on future purchases.

I’ve been here twice and the second time I came, there was a lady who seemed like she was running the place maybe a manager not sure but she was extremely rude with customers and had a bit of an attitude with myself as well. Placed a pickup order for 2 papers and came to pick them up, and she told me they wouldn’t be ready until the next day? I’m sorry but that’s ridiculous for the amount of printers and workers there were in there. The email says 15 min as well and I understand if it’s later in the day but not the next day .. come on.
