As someone running a business with set deadlines, I found them very pleasant and responsive to work with. Our rep, Patrick, particularly was excellent and went far beyond the call of duty to make sure we had everything we needed. I'll be doing business with them again, for the future relicensing.

If you own your own cabling company like Lance Russell and you refuse to pay your employees and you destroy families with taking someone's pay so you can buy a house and take children's Christmas presents so you can buy your Harley and hummer, federated is for you. Call lance at federated they will hire you if you steal from people and break laws and get dui charges and are a pathetic veteran like lance Russell and his brother Sean who stole someone's life over money but that's how veterans are. Thanks Danny from federated for giving Lance a job after twisted pair communications was ahut down for ciolating so many labor laws it was hilarious but lance makes a lot of money now with them so violating the law is profitable

I've worked with Federated for almost 10 years. I have watched this company grow but they maintain the small business feel. The employees know each other personally and are willing to help across departments instead of everyone being siloed into teams that only interact at a leadership level. The website displays the company's core values, but the daily actions of the employees demonstrate the commitment to these values. I expect I will see even more growth over the next 10 years as well!

Do not do business or work with this company!! They are horrible to work with & they don’t & wouldn’t pay you. Completed work for the past 5months & yet to get paid a dime. They make all excuses not to pay you. Be warned & they will damage the reputation of any company that does business with them.

I actually worked for this company for 9 months. My position was to recruit contractors, convince them to sign an 18 page contract by telling them that "work is coming to the area." When I began receiving calls from the contractors asking where the work was, I had to reach out to the manager who was booking the jobs, just to find out, there was no work. We are just asking them to sign a contract in case work is in the area. I informed my manager that I was not comfortable lying and manipulating people. He said that I wasn't lying, I was using my words constructively to build a partnership. I told him that is a buffer and I wasn't comfortable with that. 2 weeks later I was let go because it wasn't working out. As an ex employee, don't do it. Save your time, energy, and money. The company is run by a very spoiled female who throws a fit when she doesn't get what she wants.

They are always seeking to improve their systems and delivery to best serve their clients, and are regularly developing new solutions to solve unique problems.I've also witnessed first-hand the fantastic company culture they've established, and love to see pictures from their team events throughout the year.

I also did some work for this company, I drove 2 and a half hours both ways to the site, and spent almost 2 hours on site looking for equipment, they knew ahead of time was not there, this company agreed to pay me 600.00 flat rate on a counter offer.. its been weeks actually almost 2 months and I haven't seen a dime from them, sad thing is its been endless back and fourth with this company receptionist and not anyone actually in charge of anything... first they offer 300 to close out the work order...then back peddle to 200, and after me tacking on a late fee each day, with possible lawsuit they gave a final offer of 440.00, and still haven't paid even that. a further 8 more days late with no contact.

did some work for this firm. it was a trainwreck! plus they never paid me one dime, not one cent. take your business elsewhere. thier project manager should be flipping burgers.
