His name is Bart, but he’s not yellow lol. That is how our conversation started. Bart was absolutely remarkable! He started to tell me what he had and I listened. Then I told him what I needed and he listened. I told him how much I had to put down and how much I wanted to pay each month.He took my information and ran a credit check.Bart said he thought he had a perfect vehicle for me. He showed it to me online. It was a little bit out of my price range,I asked him for something that cost a bit less. He he showed me some more vehicles online that were more in my price range.Then he said I have the perfect vehicle for you. It’s going to be a surprise. Stay here and I’ll pull it around. You can take it for a test drive and see what you think.I absolutely fell in love with this car. It was in the right price range, the seat, just fit my body so comfortably. This car was perfect for me.As I’m driving it down the road I started praying, Lord if this this is the right car for me, then please put everything in place without any problems.When I got back to the car lot, I told Bart that I absolutely love it!He said, we’re gonna get you in it,I had to go home to get my other car for the trade in. Enterprise car sales actually paid it so I could get the new car.When I returned, there was a big green bow on top of my car. I knew then that it was mine.Bert told me that after I had left he told his coworker, that they had to get me into this car.Bart went into the back room and prayed for me and for this vehicle.I was so touched by that.Genuine kindness that bart showed towards me was something rare.He has an incredible spirit. It was an absolutely amazing experience working with Burt, and his coworkers. If you’re looking for a car, I highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales. Their cars are very well-maintained and have low mileage. Most of them have been used as rental cars.I love my new rogue. I love everything about it. I am thankful for it. I am thankful that they got me into it. It is EXACTLY what I wanted and I didn’t even know it until I drove it.The monthly payment was a little higher than I wanted, but it’s still manageable. Just talk to them you might be surprised I know I certainly was.Enterprise Car Sales went above and beyond to put me in my new vehicle. God bless them all.

I was very pleased with my recent car-buying experience at Enterprise. I think the price for the car was fair, I liked that it included a 1 year warranty and that the process was straightforward. Ashley made our experience easy and relatively quick. I would definitely recommend purchasing a used care from Enterprise in Farmington Hills.

DO NOT BUY!!!! THIS STORE LIES about inspections, and Manager is Trash like the cars they sell! Refuses to give information on a vehicle purchased from them, and tries pushing blame/ responsibility on other enterprise car sales stores. Had my car shipped from THIS store after seeing it online. Paid over 1700.00 to get it to New Orleans. Drove it once in a month. 1st day 1st drive, breaks gone! Go to the passenger side front door and the door is way off. The hinge is bent and the door doesn't close correctly! Looked at pics and read description of the car before we had it sent down, but nothing mentioned the damaged door, the mold on the driver side floor, and the fact that the breaks were shot! This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Enterprise, but this purchase has ruined my Trust in Enterprise. Our Car dealer/salesman is wonderful, but he didn't sell us this Junk, y'all did! I wonder if y'all ever even inspected it! I have to believe if you did, I'd be driving my car, but instead it's in the shop getting worked on because THIS Enterprise has no work ethic and don't care about it's customers or company name. Extremely disappointed and angered! They will sell you a car with no inspection while claiming it was inspected! Trash service Trash vehicles! My car came in with damage to the passenger side door, no brakes, and mold or mildew on the driver side carpet. put it in the shop for nearly 2 weeks! Got it back and within days I'm hearing flowing water every time I accelerate. Was told it could be anything from coolant system issues to a blown head gasket! I'm taking this to corporate, and to my lawyer if necessary. BE BETTER PEOPLE!

NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM ENTERPRISE! They will tell you they give a 100% inspection check over the vehicle and that is a total lie. After having it inspected by our mechanic there was over $2,457.00 worth of repairs needed. They finally agreed to pay after we fought with them. It is still acting up and needing repairs. Stay away from here!

Enterprise has decent inventory to choose from. I recently bought a vehicle and felt the overall experience was fine. My salesperson was Malik, he was fine. He could use some refinement as it pertains to closing though. He said things to me like “if” this goes through versus “when” this go through as it pertains to closing. It came off wrong, I’m not sure if he just made assumptions based of my perceived race/gender/age but, he could use some additional training in this area. He also charged me a $200 restocking fee to hold my vehicle over the weekend while the bank finished up my paperwork, that was supposed to be refunded when I picked up my vehicle. I reached out to Malik via email and haven’t heard back since my purchase nor have I received a refund for the $200 restocking fee yet. Finally, he was a bit pushier for a used car salesman than I liked personally.

I am a repeat customer for Enterprise Car Sales, and travelled a good distance to buy a car from them. Almost everything was completed on line, including sensible financing options, I drove over to their location, test drove the car, signed the papers. All in, it took 90 minutes.Joshua Harris took care of me from beginning to end. He was professional, organized and couldn't have been more helpful. I highly recommend both Joshua and Enterprise Used Car Sales!

My experience was great. My husband was not mistreated because he went in his PJs. The Staff was helpful and gave great customer service. We saw the vehicle on the Enterprise website, we were driving by and took a sneak peek before I knew it we were driving out with the vehicle that we wanted.The process was easy and Joshua Harris walked us through the process, there were no surprises. I appreciate having a choice to which service I wanted included with the monthly car note. I will be buying my cars at Enterprise and I will refer others.

Kind of disappointed that I applied for a trade in and jasmyne followed up with me consistently until she convinced me to come in to see what options I had, they ran my credit 3 different companies approved me for a trade in for 3600 down but I explained to Jasmyne I only had $2000 she told me to come down anyways they will find me something. I went and explained I don’t want a Malibu or Kia because insurance companies are no longer covering the coverage for damages and theft I made that clear. Yet they only keep offering me a Malibu with 4500 down a car (more than what I applied for alone over a 1000 jump) I don’t want I kind of feel like I was solid false hope because they told me they could help me I applied on line I was honest I didn’t leave anything out to still to get attempted and push to buy a car I made clear I did not want and that was NOT AN OPTION FOR ME. Now my credit is knocked down an addition 20-30 points with no resolution. And this is why I rarely trust car sales people and let my bf handle it because I literally wasted my time.
