Had an appointment for 3 month old piercing, was running late due to heavy construction. Called emerys to give them an ETA. They were able to work with me allow me toCome in because they were still opened . I was 3 minutes away and I called to let them know. They told me to reschedule… I told them I drove 45 mins away and offer me the next day. They called me back so RUDE and had no customer service ethics. I’m driving with a toddler and new born 45 mins PLUS way! It takes 5 mins to pierce ears they act like they couldn’t stay 5 extra minutes. RUDE disgusting customer service!!! They lost my respect and will never recommend this place!!! Worst place period!

I have been there several times for replacement of batteries in my inexpensive watches. They treat everyone with the deepest respect, they have an awesome variety of gorgeous items...depth and breadth. I will be taking my wife there soon, as I am sure she will find something she could not find elsewhere. It is a unique store. You will feel that when you are there.

Literally don’t go anywhere else for your jewelry needs. Emery’s is professional, so kind, with great customer service. They’re family-run, so it’s such a great atmosphere! I got my ring back in a timely way, and the price was so reasonable. They’re also great with kids if you’re getting their ears pierced. I recommend them to all my family and friends!!

I told Ali, the owner or one of the owners, of Emery’s Creative Jewelers that I would post a positive review 6 months ago, but then “life happened”.?My parents are now both deceased, but gave me this Rolex for my 60th birthday.It means a lot to me.Ali sent it to New York and had it totally refurbished for me.Recently, in FL, it broke down on me again, but not to worry.Just after New Years, my daughter took it back to MI for another repair.Coincidentally, I just came home yesterday for 4 days for 2 funerals and Ali already had it fixed again for me at NO charge.She also fixed my back up watch (which I had gotten wet 3 times during the summer, when I wasn’t supposed to), but this time in FL (with a note on my tub), I kept it dry & Ali believed my daughter and me.Ali also fixed this watch totally free & put in yet another new battery.She also renewed my warranty on both watches.This business is amazing!!!?✅??Also, Ali’s stepmom did a phenomenal job piercing my 6 year-old granddaughter’s ears.First her grandpa owned this business and then her dad, but sadly both are deceased at very young ages.The reason I trusted this business with my Rolex is because once I went in there years ago, and her dad fixed a jewelry item for me at no charge.Also, Ali’s “people-skills”, along with her entire staff, are amazing.When my daughter walked in and asked for Ali, she said you must be Patti‘s daughter, because your voice sounds just like hers.?

None I purchased a ring at Emery's last year. The ring cost me several hundred dollars. This is not about the money it's about integrity. I kept having that terrible about purchasing the ring. I went to Tappers and was told it's a great peace of custom jewelry. Then just to see what a pawn dealer would give me. One in Waterford said he'd give me $40.00 dollars. Another in Southfield would give me $50.00. I returned the ring within the allotted 30 days. I'm not a jeweler and if someone is selling jewelry. I would hope the jeweler is honest about the facts of the item. Just a word of caution. However, I would not recommend using Emery's products.

With a great recommendation from a friend we decided to give Emery’s a try! My boyfriend needed a battery and a link taken out of a watch and while they were quickly working on that I decided to browse around the shop and I fell in love with the merchandise! The customer service was wonderful and reasonable prices to go along with it! I did find a ring I loved and I was surprised that my boyfriend bought it for me! We will be back for sure! So if you like unique/beautiful jewelry and reasonable prices, come visit!

My family and I have been frequenting Emery's since I was a child I registered there for my bat mitzvah back in the day when that was a thing. I was looking forward to buying my son a gift for his bar mitzvah. They are still requiring masks without exception. I am very disappointed and I wont visit there again.

It's almost May of 2022 & I support their right to require that Patrons wear masks to shop there. I am also free to exercise my own right to shop elsewhere.
