This is a very bad company, a bunch of scammers. They trick you into signing a contract for 5 years. Delivery is always short, and it includes torn garments and unsterelized. Billing is horrible. Initially, they sent a reasonable charge, and 2 months later, they bill you 5 times higher than what they quoted you. Last month, my bill was $80, this month, they sent me a $460 bill...it's truly a horrible company. Stay away from them...never sign a contract with anyone...

This company has NO SCRUPLES!!!!!!!! Poor service followed by having no problem taking 5 times what is owed to "unbiased" arbitration board. Luckily their legal knowledge surpasses their business sense.

This company provided a good service. They receive a one-star review because of their bad and rigid business practices. We used the company for just over two years and then closed our physical business. We returned the items in person and spoke to the manager who sits in an office just off the main reception area. He printed an invoice for us and then handwrote the amount due which we paid immediately. Sounds all good, right? Until a few months later when an aggressive collections agency contacts you to pay a huge balance, payment for which was NEVER requested by Domestic Uniform but instead was sent directly to collections. Bad faith, bad practice. But it gets better-- the balance is for future services that you don't need/can't use, even if your building/location no longer exists. This is a business that has been functioning for years. They are successful. I wonder however if this is how they make their money. Shameful.

During the cove and 19 state wide shut down domestic uniform service said that we could suspend service that way we didn't have to pay for it at the end of the Corvette 19 shut down when we reopen and they sent us a full bill for six weeks of service that they did nothing then when we complained they said all will give you 40% off well thanks for discounting for doing nothing it should've been free or if you were going to charge you should've informed us when you said we could suspend the service it's very shady outfit .

TERRIBLE COMPANY! They scam you into a 60 month contract with a sneaky auto-renew policy hidden in the tiny writing. When I requested a copy of the contract so we could opt out, they only brought us the front page, NOT THE ENTIRE THING WHERE IT EXPLAINS THE NEARLY IMPOSSIBLY WAY TO GET OUT OF A CONTRACT WITH THEM. Now we are locked in for 60 more months. Prices randomly change, they over charge us A LOT. And if you have an issue and need to get ahold of someone, GOOD LUCK! If they know you are questioning something, they WILL NOT talk to you, let alone return your phone call. Their employees even tell us what a horrible company they are. Domestic Uniform Rentals is a SCAM! AND EXPENSIVE SCAM! Their products smell bad, the rags are full of lint, and customer service is terrible! You're better off pounding sand!

I’ve been working for Domestic since July and can’t complain about anything! I’ve never been so happy in a work environment like I am now! It’s truly the best job I’ve had! Management wants nothing but the best for their employees and they love too see us grow. I’ve never personally experienced an employer who cares so much about their employees. Domestic is truly a family first company and offer great benefits! I’m happy to be apart of the domestic family and plan to be for many years to come!

I have worked here for over 3 years and it has been the best job I have had. Benefits are great and management is very helpful and understanding. Everyone that works here is really friendly and I truly don't have any complaints about this company.

You can always count on Domestic's route sales reps to deliver clean linens, mats, and to restock toiletries every week. The anti-fatigue mats are extremely comfortable when you're standing at the copier for a while. As a newer customer to Domestic within the last 5 months, I would highly recommend their products and services!

I just worked here recently and I had to quit do to lack of structure and it's been 2 weeks and still haven't received my last check I was told it would be sent to my address and still haven't received it I've called to talk to my manager and supervisors and still haven't received anything back... I also worked for 3 weeks in a self bought uniform which they didn't receive my ordered uniform until 3 weeks later the day I quit which was a Friday my uniforms came in that day 3 weeks later. Only positive from my experience there was being trained by Steve he was patient and helped in any way he could, josh was cool to but everyone else didn't even really know my name it just wasn't a pleasant place to work long hours for short pay and still haven't received my check!!!!!
