I go to this location often but today the cashier named Carl was quite rude, so much so I spoke with his manager. This cashier needs to be dealt with immediately because it's outrageous if they allow him to continue to speak with customers in such an insulting way.

They dont even deserve one star, rude cashier guy , he seems crazy he started yelling at me coz i touches the dividers he goes asks me before u touch it, then he tells the other customer behind me if u dont like it leave just because she was looking at him, the worst part is another cashier guy came and said r we supposed to give balloons to each customer to make them happy? !!!!!!!!. They need to hire better people and check their mental health before hiring

No stars. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS STORE. My wife bought a gift card for her grandson. He tried to use it for gas, but the station said the card wasn't activated. My wife went to the store regarding the issue. The manager said to call the number on the back of the card. So her grandson called the number on the Vanilla Visa gift card. They wanted loads of personal info including his drivers license number. His mother said he just needed the card activated and what is the need for so much personal info. The grandson is a minor. So my wife took it to the Dollar Tree where she bought the card. She either wanted a refund or to get the card activated. They said they couldn't give a refund. So she said to activate it then. They said they wouldn't do that either. Why??? The manager told her she would have to call a number on the back of the card. She tried that again. Visa wouldn't activate the card. So she called the Dollar Tree managers who were over the manager at the Dollar Tree where she bought the gift card. They said they couldn't do anything. So the checkout person at the Dollar Tree couldn't properly activate the card upon purchase unbeknownst to my wife. The card wouldn't work. And nobody seems to want to rectify the error that the dollar store or visa is responsible for. Welcome to the new customer service. In the old days, everything would be done to make it right. Not any more.

This store had a great supply of all of the candy and trinkets necessary when I created my son's birthday goodie bags for his friends after his party. Definitely would recommend!

And like to go on the other dollar tree that’s near to me instead and of this one orchid lake , I live the vicinity and am fond of planting, today is august 2nd 2023 and I’m looking for some pots as its summertime there are no planting pits here today and we’re not here 3 weeks ago or even before that !The other dollar store on orchid lake is a bit far from me but they always have the pots that im looking for …. Isn’t it a great coincidence ☹️

I have never been in a store that was more messy than this store. Boxes everywhere. On the floor tore open because the product isn't out for people. I didn't come to the store to DIG for my items I need. Everything is just thrown on the shelves in piles!! One cashier that I heard another possible employee comment about his "very long shift." It isnt the employees, I feel bad for them. This is corporate issues that probably need to be figured out!!
