Took the auto in to get a lie tire inspected. The tech assured me there was nothing wrong with the tire. He added air. We were on our way. The next day, the tire was completely flat. Why? The tech - who obviously wasn't paying attention - didn't notice the pin in the valve stem was completely missing! Nephew was stranded. Roadside assistance was called. Ugh!

I called looking for a tire on behalf of a co-worker. I spoke with Dan. He was professional, knowledgeable and super helpful. He informed me they didn't have her tire in stock, but they did have one similar. It was affordable and they were able to install it same day!

Went to this store for tires and was greeted by a true professional. His name is Brian and not only was he courteous and polite in person but over the phone as well. As I waited to get new tires put on I enjoyed observing his interactions with other customers. He works so hard to make sure your visit goes smoothly. He’s honest and knowledgeable. I left there so impressed that I went back 2 days later and put new tires on my truck. Unusual to see such respect presented to others. I’ll get tires here forever. This store is at 12 mile and Orchard lake. Well done Brian.

They scratched my wheel. I went for a flat tire repair. They repaired the flat tire for free but scratched my wheel. If you care about your wheels do not go there. Go to Goodyear tire center in Madison Heights, they are carefull to not damage your wheels. Discount Tire is closer to home that is why I went there but never again.

Lagan T got me in. Told me it was busy. So I grabbed my iPad and waited. Logan is very polite, easy going guy and very professional. Never met the mechanic but once they got my van on the lift. Fixed my tire and I was on my way.

No matter where my tires run low on air they are quick to check the air in my tires windshield wipers and answer any questions.

Justin assisted me with repairing a tire a few days ago, and I was very impressed with how pleasant and quick the service is at this Discount Tire. I ordered 2 replacement tires and installed them Saturday. Once again I received excellent, quick service. I ask a lot of questions and Justin and the staff were all friendly and helpful making sure every detail was right. You can't ask for a better buying experience. They treat you like family! Thank you again for keeping my tires in tip top shape! P.S. Thanks to Logan for helping me on May 28! Great, quick service!

Awesome service. Scheduled an appointment on Memorial Day weekend. They were clearly busy and short staffed but still took care of me in about an hour. Justin was helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

Looters!
They refused to patch my tire saying it was too big. Belle Tire patched it in one hour for free. They tried looting me selling new tire by saying that they tried patching which evidently they didn’t.
