I don't normally take the time to post a review, but I make an exception when I am provided with a great experience.
My experience at Diamond Forest has been nothing short of amazing. Madison and the office staff are always very professional and attentive whenever I have questions or concerns. The maintenance staff are also very professional and take care of my work orders quickly.
I have stayed at many different properties, and it cannot be overstated how much more helpful, professional, and overall, caring the Diamond Forest staff is as compared to my past experiences.

If I could give zero stars I would. The apartment above us had an apartment fire, and Madison handled the entire situation horribly. She made an awful situation into a nightmare. If Madison Sneed is the property manager avoid this place at all cost.
Still haven’t gotten our rent or security deposit back and our apartment hasn’t been livable since 7/6/2024.

Just wanted to give this young lady Rita 5 stars for her professionalism while giving me tour of Diamond Forest apartments. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the apartments and surrounding area. Patience and mannerism something people lack these days, but Rita has both of those characteristics.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent denial of our apartment application. My spouse and I applied for an apartment, and while my credit application was approved, my spouse’s application was not. We were even requested to secure a guarantor, which we did, who meets the requirement of earning five times the rent. Despite this, his application was also denied. This is particularly puzzling as we have similar credit profiles and our guarantor has a better credit history, with over 50 years of history and a better credit score than both of us.
We were informed that the reason for the denial was "excessive charge-off accounts." However, our credit scores are both over 600, with no evictions or repossessions. My spouse does not have any collection accounts. Typically, if one applicant's credit does not meet the requirements, the application is still approved with the condition of a higher security deposit. We were not given this opportunity.
Given these circumstances, I am deeply concerned that this denial may be racially motivated. We were not provided with a clear explanation for the denial, despite our repeated requests for clarification. As such, I believe this situation warrants further investigation.

The apartments are pretty nice for the price and maintenance is always quick, helpful, and friendly. Spoke to the manager Madison to get help with a leak in my apartment, she was very nice and she were able to get the problem solved the next day.

Air vents are painted over and filled with thick black dust/mold. Unprofessional property manager and office staff. Multiple unnecessary up charges you can’t opt out of.

The apartment homes are very nice, maybe not living up to the name of a Diamond, but they are great quality. The leasing agent, Kelsey, on the other hand, was the exact opposite. Not 2 seconds into our conversation and she made us feel very unwelcome. There was another man that came in around the same time who didn't have an appointment and basically told him to "get lost" because he didn't have an appointment on the schedule. Overall, she was very rude, talked down to me, and answered our questions as if I was dumb or a toddler. She is the only reason why I chose to keep looking for another apartment.

Maintenance is always phenomenal. The group of men are so professional and caring. When I see them throughout the community, they wave. When I have a maintenance call, the guys are very considerate and respectful of my home. There is always follow-up after an appointment to assure that residents are satisfied. The efficiency of maintenance is essential when renting an apartment. Diamond Forest has a great team!!!
FYI, I’ve lived on the property for over 17 years.

Love this community because it is close to all freeways, updated, renovated apartment, and nice amenities like fitness center, pool, and nature trail. They added gates last year too, which has been awesome!

Very nice staff and very nice apartment however….the walls and ceilings are incredibly THIN. We could hear every single thing that the people above us were doing. Walking, talking, opening and closing drawers…everything! And they were not loud people. The noise was so unbearable and so frequent that we had to go somewhere else…so If you are sensitive to noise then this might not be the place for you
