Worst pharmacy ever. I HATE coming here. I only pick up here when my pharmacy doesn’t have the medication. EVERY time I come, none of the employees know what the heck they are doing. Script or Ins is always messed up. Other customers are messed up too while standing and waiting . So frustrated every time!! Don’t come here, save yourself the aggravation.

Easily the rudest pharmacy we have ever been associated with. From the chief pharmacist to his staff, terrible. Amazing that the other store employees are really nice and the pharmacy has to ruin it.

First of all, my minute clinic experience was amazing. I was seen on time and evaluated in a professional manner. Now, my appointment today was at 9:20am! I was prescribed medicine. The pharmacy doesn’t open until 11am. Please make this make sense. So my appointment finished at approximately 9:45am and I’m sitting in my car until 11am and after to get my much needed meds to make me feel better! This is a total inconvenience even on a Sunday! CVS y’all have to think through this and with that said I hope your smart enough to see that this makes no sense.

I need to ask them to apply good rx coupon every time when I refill my medicines. My insurance co-pay is higher than good RX discount and I don't know why the pharmacists always reluctant and lazy to apply this coupon and she make me visit again, so I need to call them every time and wait on the phone to refill with discount.

Pharmacy is trash. Don’t come. No one knows what they are doing. They have to ask the doctor questions that the label on the prescription answers. We called 3 times and they made us wait , then answered and hung up each time. When we did speak to them, we asked them to verify if they got all 3 mediations my girlfriend got prescribed, since we were there an hour earlier and waited 30 minutes just for them to say they needed an hour to fill the prescription and come back. They never answer her question, just tell her to come in and ask if she has insurance. As if they weren’t even going to waste their time if she didn’t. Completely insulting, and yes she did have insurance. We get there and now we have to wait for someone to fill in all the insurance info. They told us to wait half an hour and take a seat. What a JOKE. We could have got that done when we were here the first time. Everyone here is rude, incompetent, incapable of performer duties without someone holding their hand, and over all in professional. Will definitely be driving to the CVS in Livonia instead which is a 15 minute drive and a bit of an inconvenience, but it saves money and hassle at the end of the day. Mr. Kothar, you are a rude imbecile and I hope you’re fired and replaced promptly. All those awards on the wall are lies and probably from the early 2000s because this pharmacist and pharmacy are a nightmare.

Someone left a charge on the machine, I accidentally paid their bill, and the store refused to do anything about it.Need to dispute the charge with my credit company despite the guy at the counter witnessing the whole thing.Ridiculous.

If you want to deal with a pharmacy staff that can't seem to figure out what is going on or how to deal with people this is your place. Every time I've been here it's one problem after another and no matter how much you work with the team they don't seem to communicate with each other let alone the people there for medications or other services. Between missing meds, prescription errors, canceled minute clinic visits while I was sitting in the cue waiting for my name to be called, and staff that seem to be on more horse tranquilizer than needed to take down a Clydesdale, you'd better served visiting one of the other nearby cvs locations.

Wish I could give no stars. Went here with my son when he had a contagious infection. He needed antibiotic. We were doing the responsible thing and coming through the drive through after the dr called in the order. They told us to come back “like an hour or so later.” I told her that would not be happening. It shouldn’t take an hour to put a sticker on a bottle of eye drops. She said, “okay just come inside in 10 minutes.” I wondered why they would want me and my contagious son to come inside, but felt that was better than an hour waiting at home then coming back. When we came inside, in about 10 minutes, she waived us to the front of the line and said that she had to transfer to another CVS because they didn’t have this medicine. This is just another headache caused by their lack of professionalism and ability to handle requests made. We have now decided their few and far between times of with-itness and convenience isn’t worth the trouble and switched to a new home pharmacy.

I think her name is Laura or Lori, but I go in CVS on Orchard Lake usually at night to get my scratch offs or to use the ATM and get a snack or something.....she's always there working tirelessly until close at 11:00.....all the while battling cancer and chemo, that's a tough feat!!! I commend her strength and I think that she needs to be recognized as a courageous and exemplary employee for CVS.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. The people working at this pharmacy are rude and unprofessional. I had a prescription for pain medicine and they refused to fill it saying that it needed to be approved first. This was AFTER it was approved. I called the insurance company and they confirmed it was approved 24 hours earlier. 2 weeks have gone by with no communications about this prescriptions. At this point I don't needed it. I'm done with this pharmacy forever.
