Beware of pharmacist racial profiling - 2 male pharmacist were working this day. I'm a 45 year old man and I have plenty experience knowing what this looks like. I pick up medicine all the time for elderly family members and this was my 1st time at this location. I watched them serve everyone else with respect, but when it was my turn, they felt the need to do a full thorough investigation just to hand me a prescription that had been called in. I had all the necessary information for pick up but was treated very rudely. I don't ever leave reviews but the feeling I had leaving that store was reason for me to share this. This happened the evening of 12/30/23

Either put a polite person who works properly like a normal person in this location, or close your location. I don't have to experience the rudeness of the old lady with glasses that you employ.

I always find what I’m looking for and the people that work here are nice and helpful! I’m so pleased that often when I shop at any CVS location I just so happen to have enough points that allows me to get $10 off my bill, which is usually a surprise which makes it so much better! I’m also glad they’re open late because sometimes I have emergencies and need to pick up important things.

Cashier needs to govern her mouth!!! No tact .. Not welcoming and rude! My second encounter with her. Where is her customer service training. You do not have the right to say what ghetto thing comes to your mind to the customer!

I use CVS’ all over the United States and this was by far my best experience with the Pharmacy!! My normal local pharmacy was out of my medication, so my doctor transferred it to this location. I called and everyone I spoke with on the phone was so nice and helpful, unlike my normal CVS in the area, who are rude and could careless to help.Once I arrived my medication was ready, even though the pharmacist apologized for taking a while to fill it. As tough and stressful as their jobs are, this location and it’s pharmacist and employees were top notch! I wish I had gotten their names!! (I picked up my meds April 10th @ 6pm, for reference) I’m very thankful for them not making me feel like I was inconveniencing them or annoying them. A+ on service, A+ on welcoming smiles and A+ for just being good people! Thank you!!

The pharmacy is horrible. I’ve dealt with a couple of grumpy pharmacists in a row. One refused to look up a medication in their system.Store itself, though, is great. Staff there is friendly and stock up on their over the counter meds.They also carry local high school gear.

The pharmacy tech at this location is the rudest unhelpful person I have ever met. He has on a tech jacket with the name Sean on it.

I am writing regarding an employee named "Sandy". Whenever I go to this location she is ALWAYS there. I try to use the self check out register just to avoid having to deal with her. EVERY single visit to this store there is ALWAYS some sort of "incident" involving Sandy. She is extremely rude, disrespectful and cantankerous. Whether it is regarding a personal incident I experienced with her...which is way too involved and horrid to share.... or the repeated times I have witnessed her interactions with other customers. The irony is that I always try to be extra nice and pleasant to her as she obviously has "issues". I like to give people the benefit of the doubt...you never know what is going on in someone else's life. ..but I have finally had enough of Sandy. I will happily drive to a different CVS location just to avoid her. By reading other people's opinions here on the review pages it is quite apparent that I am not the only customer that feels this way. I did speak with the manager and he did seem genuinely concerned and thank me for my feed back. An interesting note is that he says he never reads online reviews about his own store. Hmmm...???

I’m not going to lie.. I really don’t do reviews but I feel like I have to. The short, older cashier woman with the glasses was rude. I witnessed and experience her being rude to customers.. I walked in, and she was checking a man out.. I over heard her yell at him for checking the card machine. “Stop touching that it’s messing me up on my ride” very aggressively… and this wasn’t the only encounter with another customer where is was blatantly rude.. i used self checkout, because i wanted to avoid speaking to this woman so i didn’t snap on her. once I was finished scanning, the machine said “help is on the way” on its own, so i recorded a video since i was going to have to speak to her. I waited for a man who she was also rude to finish checking out and I said “excuse me” very politely to get her attention and she rolled her eyes so hard and stormed over to me. i was confused, and as i proceeded to tell her what happens she aggressively looks through my bag thinking the reason was because i didn’t scan an item.. i scanned them all. after that she asked me how i was paying and i said cash, she turned around to leave and said that “all i had to do was hit the cash button to pay” as if i seriously didn’t know how to use it.. i never requested for help.. she’s miserable and honesty should find somewhere to work where she’s happy because it’s giving the place a very ugly look.
