CVS, a popular pharmacy and retail chain, offers a mixed experience for its customers. While the store itself is generally well-stocked and the staff is friendly and helpful, the pharmacy department can be a source of frustration for some. Customers often praise the convenience of CVS, with its late operating hours and the ability to earn rewards points that can be used for discounts. The staff is described as "nice and helpful," and they go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. However, the pharmacy department can be a different story. Some customers have encountered rude and abrupt pharmacists, who can be dismissive and unwilling to assist. One reviewer even goes out of their way to avoid the "lady with dark hair" at the front of the store due to her poor customer service. Despite these issues, there are also positive experiences with the pharmacy. One customer had a particularly good experience at a different CVS location, where the staff was "top-notch" and went above and beyond to fill their prescription, even apologizing for the wait. Overall, CVS offers a mixed bag of experiences, with the convenience and friendly staff balanced by the occasional poor service in the pharmacy department. Customers seem to have the best luck when they can find a CVS location with a helpful and welcoming staff, both in the store and at the pharmacy.
There is a cashier (a lady) with dark hair who works in the front of the store who gets very abrupt with customers. She's been that way with me a few times, in one instance and I was standing behind a gentleman that she was doing the same thing to him. If possible, I go to the pharmacy in the back just to avoid her.
