This pharmacy has the most efficient pharmacy service system I had ever experienced.I was waiting on the doctor to call in my prescription. The pharmacy technician was so nice checked on my order. Them pharmacy team had my prescription ready faster then the wait time at the urgent care. Thank you I really appreciated the pharmacist and the technician at this location. I was in a lot pain with my left eye and wrote this with one eye. I can barely see.

Switched to this pharmacy after I ended up picking up here on Christmas Eve. Before I had even left urgent care, I had a text telling me my prescription was ready for pickup! They have been SO fast and speedy at drive thru pickup. Exactly what we needed!

While the pharmacy portion is good, the main part of the store is not. Call throughs are immediately put on hold, service is abrupt, and there is not enough help to keep the place appropriately clean. The front needs more help.

I never make a fuss over negative experiences because I’m one to give second chances, but my experience today was so offensive, upsetting and downright scary that I need to warn all those who use the pharmacy.Seraj, the pharmacy manager, told me straight to my face several times that my medication was not for my seizure condition. He laughed at me and told me I wouldn’t know because I didn’t go to pharmacy school. I stood there and encouraged him to pull it up on his computer and immediately he said “oh, okay, I guess it is a seizure medication.” No apologies, in fact he continued to belittle me and deny my request for a one pill emergency supply as I was going out of town. Rules aside, this man should not have a license, let alone be a pharmacy MANAGER, as he belittles and accuses his customers (patients) and confidently provides misinformation. Before I left to call corporate, fearing others would be in danger and distress, he made sure to let his techs know they should be taking his side and making sure they knew I was “making things up”. This is their boss, so naturally they will want to support him.That being said, the manager on duty was absolutely lovely and was very supportive and empathetic as I started sobbing after this altercation. My seizure disorder is my greatest insecurity and I was completely humiliated by this man. Do not support this pharmacy as long as SERAJ is in charge.

I was there before 1:30 pm to pick up my medication and I was the sec person in line waiting. A young guy was helping that person when from no where I saw the manager (I believe) telling me that in 2 min we will be close. I said I’m waiting here and you are open, I need my medication. He said that the system will not let me do that. He was lying strait to my face, because you cannot treat your customer like that, especially seeing waiting in line. I work too and I know that is frustrating seeing people coming last min but as long I was there in time and you helping another person that came seconds before me, is rude and unprofessional saying that you will be close in 2 min. I never do this to my customers, but if you are tired working there someone else can do your job better!! You don’t know people circumstances so the only thing you need to do show respect at least, even if you are not able to help them.

Don’t usually have a need to this CVS. Just wanted to record my appreciation of the older lady cashier working on the afternoon of March 28th. Very patient and helpful in her interactions with customers- CVS should promote her to a training position
