Terrible pharmacy. Screwed up my provider info in their computer so badly, I had to get my doctor to reissue my prescription to Walgreens. They only know how to take your number so CVS can spam you with refill reminders this pharmacy won't fill.

Worse service ever. I went in to get side Covid test strips and normally I would just pick it up from the counter and have them process it for insurance purpose. She was very rude too. I have done this in several CVS locations. However, the girl at the counter told me she has to put in a prescription and I have to wait until they filled the prescription and call me when it's available, but if I want it right away I can pay for it. Never had this problem at other places. I went to Rite aid and got some at the counter and they just process them right away.

Overpriced but they are always there and open when I need them. Workers are friendly.

Horrible pharmacy service. Refuse to fill a prescription that I last had filled on November 21st. It was due to be refilled on December 21st but they refused to fill it and would not tell me why and hung up on me twice.A horrendous store. They treat customers anyway they want. They might have a surprise coming for them

Literally the worst experience I have ever had in regards to getting a covid test. The website entered my information in wrong so they delayed me from getting tested when I was very sick when I already had an account on file so it wasn't a huge fix. At the time I was the only person seeking help. I came back to get tested and waited my turn in line and took the test. I was feeling really I'll but went along with it. 3 days later I got a message letting me know my test results were inconclusive so it was just a waste of time and headache. If you need treatment go to rite aid to be honest. I will never seek out this cvs for medical help again because even my vaccination was done weird. They just came behind the counter and put a needle in my arm in the open. Didn't sit down or go behind a curtain or anything. Terrible experience for the second time.

Went in to pick up a prescription. They did not have my insurance information, which I still don't understand because I've been using CVS for years, and this CVS for at least six years, and my insurance has not changed. The woman wrote down all the information from my insurance card and suggested I try back the next day. I returned the next day after calling first to make sure that the insurance had been applied, and I stood at the pick up window watching two women (one of them the pharmacist) trying to figure something out if a computer for several minutes before either one of them even looked at me or acknowledge that I existed. I understand if they didn't want to stop what they were doing until they finished it and figured it out, but a smile or a nod would have gone a really long way. On top of all of this, when I called to find out if they had my insurance correct, the interactive voicemail system that's set up to screen and direct my call doesn't work well and I just ended up angry before I even got there.

The pharmacist was very rude and unhelpful. I showed up at 7:45 pm with a few scripts to be filled. The pharmacy closes at 9:00 pm. The pharmacist told me he couldn’t fill my scripts before closing since the prescription wasn’t for an infant or child. I went to the CVS a mile down the road and they filled it within 10 minutes.

The pharmacist at this location is so rude. The urgent clinic gave me an Rx for the wrong person. I asked him to call them. He said it would take longer to do that. What will take longer is me ever setting foot in that location ever again. I will NOT be back. There are plenty of other options.

... I will never return to this CVS ever!! Truly a disgrace on all workers. I was very close to calling corporate on this store but I rather have humility and love this season. Plus I didn't want to be the typical " Karen" asking for a manager. I am writing this only because I would love to warn everyone if you are planning on printing photos or sending photos via from your phone... I would think on a different location... I sent photos in to be printed out and cvs told me I will receive an email that my photos will be printed and ready to be picked up. I got the email and went to cvs, that went up to the register and the lady was foreign, I didn't understand just write but I was respectful and patience with her. However she was quite impatient with me asking my name three times in a row......my pictures were not printed. I wasted 15 to 20mins for my pictures to be printed. Be in mind I didn't ask for any manager I simply waited. However manager came up and I told her I sent pictures in and I got my email they were ready.... She just told me to wait patiently because they were JUST NOW printing. She didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. The true audacity of these two employees...
