She helped with my, not-so-everyday paperwork. Emily was very friendly, professional, & efficient. I felt comfortable and confident in her experience. From there, Kristen finalized my paperwork in her office. Wow! Thoughtful and professional is how I would describe Kristen. I had a video appointment that came about 45 minutes early while I was there and Kristen offered the empty conference room for me to take the call.
