The Hotel May Look Amazing On The Outside But My Room was Horrible There we're ants everywhere even the pool area And There Also Was No Clorine In The Pool All I Can Say About this Place Is "Don't Judge A Book By It's Cover".

they do not clean the room, don't replace towels. You have to pick towels from the lobby. disappointed. Starbucks coffee in lobby is not good.

Been here around ten times and I've never had a bad experience. Great rooms and staff. One thing to look out for is they don't give complimentary breakfast, but they do have a breakfast cafe you can pay for.

Very clean room and great service. I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating the staff was when booking and checking in for our stay.

Alante at the restaurant was kind, helpful and did it all with a smile. Gentleman serving dinner was also the same. Really appreciated the service. Lady at the front desk was also very helpful. Really had good service!!Rooms: Clean, and comfortable

The room was not cleaned as it should have been. Kitchen floor was sticky, fingerprints all over refrigerator and microwave. Hair in bathroom sink and bathroom floor. Shower wasn't cleaned. Room smelled. Dirty rags on floor outside of door.

Today, i am checking out and as always i had a wonderful time. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food in the Bistro is always great. Last but not least the front end staff is always welcoming to every one who enters the hotel. great group of employees. The staff's customer service here at the Courtyard is always outstanding. I must acknowledge these staff employees, Nora, friendly house keeper, Jayla front desk- great customer service always greeted me with a smile., Noah- Very friendly and helpful, awesome customer service, Karen- kind, quiet, and friendly, Erika- i believe she was the new Bistro employee she was upbeat pleasant and on my last day she remembered what i ordered for breakfast, i didnt need to ask. That was cool., Ta, was new to the Bistro today 7-24-23, she was very pleasant, friendly, Hilary, remembered me from my prior visits. That is really neat. She is always a pleasure to chat with. I can't say enough about the staff here. Customer Service friendly, professional always. Thank you for making my get away pleasurable and relaxing as always. This property has aged quickly. Shower had mold in it and sheets had stains on them. Two shampoos and conditioner in the shower is of no value when you are bald! Staff is friendly and the location is convenient for business travel.

I felt that the hotel was nice and relatively clean. The staff was very friendly. But I have never slept in a bed that was that uncomfortable. It was like a rock. It would have felt the same to sleep on the floor. Also no free breakfast, which is generally something I expect from a hotel at this price point.

Nice hotel. Rooms were clean. Receptionists were friendly and very helpful. Giving 4 stars just because there no body lotions in the room bathrooms. I flew from NY to Detroit for few days. It was my first visit to Detroit. The temperature outside was 92 degrees and my skin got dry very fast. Checked in to the hotel, came to the room, and there is no lotions.. I really got upsets..

The beds are rocks, no breakfast and staff while listening won't look at you and keep typing on the computer. NOT worth the $160 a night they are charging. The stink bugs crawling in the shower and on the windows were a bonus. Kevin the manager REFUSED to even speak with us or even discount the room.
