Tim Deman, Marcus Green, and Chris Ulibarri assisted me with my move from Washington State to Augusta, GA, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they exemplified professionalism and efficiency.
Firstly, they were incredibly punctual. They arrived right on time, ready to get to work. Their organization skills were evident as they swiftly packed my belongings with care, ensuring nothing was damaged during transit.
What stood out the most was their teamwork. Tim, Marcus, and Chris worked seamlessly together, communicating effectively and coordinating every step of the move. They handled bulky furniture and delicate items alike with expertise and caution, demonstrating their experience in the field.
Moreover, they were friendly and courteous throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but their positive attitudes and willingness to accommodate any requests made the experience much smoother and more pleasant.
When arrived in Augusta, GA, they didn't just unload and leave. They took the time to place furniture where I wanted it and even helped with reassembly. Their attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring everything was set up exactly as I envisioned.

General Comments: Clean, competant and well executed move by a friendly and cheerful crew.
Estimator Comments: Chuck was very thorough and clearly explained the process. He was available to update the estimate when I had some changes and followed through to confirm specifics around the destination driveway
Coordinator Comments: Bernice was very conscientios and followed through regularly to ensure everything was going well.
Delivery Comments: Dave and crew did an excellent job. Dave had a tricky driveway to back into and did it expertly. Unloading was done and everything was placed at the required location.

They did a great job moving but rate was 50+ higher than the market rate. I had a last minute move and they were able to accommodate well. I do suggest invoicing all of the amounts together; I received a surprise "fuel surcharge" invoice after everything is handled. Other than that great job guys!

I have received nothing but grief from them since the beginning. Starting with the bait and switch salesman. I have moved many times in my life and never have I had my furniture not reassembled. On moving day they removed legs from tables, backs from chairs and couches, glass from table tops, mirrors, bed frames. When they delivered they just dropped it in the room for me to reassemble. Apparently now you have to contract reassembly. I suppose the industry has change since I last moved in 2007 but my impression from the salesman was everything would be put back to the way they found it. This provision is acutely important to me as I am disabled and use an electric wheelchair.
I made a list of the high value items in my inventory. On that list is a very expensive home theater receiver. You would think they would pack high value items more carefully. Apparently not. They put the almost 100 lb receiver at the bottom of a 4.5 cu.ft. box with nothing but flat paper below it and then began to fill up the box. So essentially the bottom of the box was my expensive receiver supporting whatever they packed on top. It comes time to setup my home theater and I hire a professional to do the work because I'm in a wheelchair and cannot lift or move heavy items like speakers and amplifiers. We plug everything together and cannot get the Setup Menu to show on the HDMI output. It would only show up on the Component Video Output. OK, so HDMI board is probable pouched. We try the speaker setup and 3 of the 7 speakers do not generate any sound. We fiddle with the connections to eliminate other possible problems like the speakers, speaker cables, audio source, etc. It is definitely the AV Receiver. So I submit my claim and this is what I get back.
"Receiver - a review of your paperwork shows that your shipment did not include any 3rd party handling for electronic devices. Based on the claim form submitted, you contracted with a 3rd party professional to come to your home and set up the home theater system. Because this item was moved after delivery and handled by someone outside of your contract with Corrigan, we are unable to accept liability for this claimed damage. Once an item has been handled by someone outside of Corrigan Moving, the full replacement protection is null and void due to an intervening event that was not part of your shipment."
Seriously. You people are criminals. My professional lifted the receiver out of your box, which you delivered to my basement, and carried it 20 ft to my AV cabinet. You are claiming because I, a disabled individual in a wheelchair, didn't lift out the almost 100 lb receiver, from a box so deep that your people probably had to drop it in, you wouldn't cover the damages. We tested the entire AV setup on the packing day and everything was working perfectly. From that point the equipment is in your hands. To suggest that my professional damaged it in the 20 ft he moved it from the bottom of your box to my stereo cabinet is ridiculous. I reiterate, you people are criminals. The receiver is sitting in my TV stand anytime you want to send over your professionals to look it over.
Well you never said that if anyone but I touched any of my items the insurance would be void. You need to pay for the damage to my AV Receiver. It was clearly done when it was in your custody, not in the 20 feet my guy carried it.
